SINOPSYS: In Los Angeles, Theodore is a sad writer who's job is to write emotional letters to other people. He develops a special love affair with the operating system of his computer and phone, an intuitive and sensitive entity named Samantha. After some events Theodore learns that nothing can replace human love, and he finds company in other pople that care a lot about him.

ANALISYS: The technology they show in this movie is basically an artificial intelligence that is similar to alexa form amazon, but more advanced, its like an asistant but it has the intelligence and emotions of a human being, and since Theodore is so lonely he falls in love thorugh conversations about things they share and love.

I couldn't recommend it more. Visually it is a delight, the color palette was one of the first things that caught my attention, everything looks very warm, alive and even cozy so to speak.

The performances are all very good, obviously Joaquin Phoenix as the main character and Scarlett Johanson as the voice of the AI were very good, and they captured the complexity and emotionality of their characters very well.

The last thing I would like to say is what several have already said: with each passing year this "far future" shown in the movie (which when they made it did look far away) now feels like it's just around the corner. Maybe it won't develop exactly the same as in the movie but how cab we know? it can happen.

That gives an even more shocking touch to the movie, I've never had that happen to me with another sci-fi movie.
