Can I ask for some positvity if thats chill? Im a non canon character in saints row from a non canon gang and like Ive been getting memories, mostly of killing/beating someone up, and its driving my intrusive thoughts up the wall and its getting annoying to deal with. I want em to stop and idk how to get that part of my brain to shut tf up. Sorry if this is a kinda heavy question or smth idk.... thanks in advance dudes it means a lot

(Major TW) Hey,can i get an some positivity for a jack spicer who's having a really bad time? Life's really kicking my butt again. I was having family issues and,thought of actually commiting suicide, then about a week later My, partner broke up with me the day before our aniversary, the next day my prom was Lame and then i was traumatized by what happened that night and cried and it was humiliating, and it triggered old CSA memories,I've just been having like a constant panic attack for days
