I like to think that Lot was a good father. Like, he actually loved and accepted Mordred even though he knew he wasn’t his son because he knew it wasn’t Mordred’s fault. And he cared for all of children equally and tried his best to form a bond with all of them. And they loved him back.

I know White's Morgause is horrible and Mordred is so messed up, but White describing her as "springing" his survival on Arthur is funny to me. Arthur: You wanted to talk to me, Sister? Morgause: Yes, Brother, there is someone I'd like you to meet. Mordred, revealing himself in suitable dramatic manner: Hello, FATHER, suprised to see me, aren't you?

Do you think that White's Mordred and Agravaine sometimes had nightmares about their mother that they only told each other about and just sought comfort over particular issues regarding Morgause in general in each other, because the other was the only person who really understood?

Oh gosh yes. They definitely comforted each other on several issues since they were the only ones that would really listen to and understand each other and what they went through.

The real fun of making Reincarnation AUs with friends is deciding that the unique twist to your own is that it’s SPECIFICALLY the Welsh knights and so many of the big-name ones are cousins that it turns into one big disaster sitcom.
