Secret Recipe has two branches in the Philippines, and I checked out the one in Makati since it is the one nearest to my workplace—it really didn't disappoint! The spot has a super aesthetic, chill vibe that's perfect for just hanging out. With the flower ceiling and cursive font menu. The menu mixes up Asian flavors—from Singaporean and Thai to Malaysian and Filipino dishes—so there's something for everyone. Whether you're coming with a big family or just looking for a cozy date night, the place is spacious enough for all. And for the little ones, they've even got a dedicated Kid's Menu that really amps up its family-friendly appeal. Just a heads-up, though: the prices are on the higher side, which makes sense given its prime location in the heart of the metro at one of Makati's busiest malls.

Nono's Comfort Kitchen & Bakery boasts over 20 branches nationwide, with prices comparable to those found in urban restaurants. The branch I visited was notably spacious, designed to comfortably accommodate a large number of patrons. Its wide layout makes it especially family-friendly, allowing families with babies or toddlers to dine with ease. Plus, the dedicated Kid's Menu features a delightful array of options—from freshly baked goods to hearty steaks and pasta—ensuring there's something to satisfy every diner's palate.
