Unfortunately I cannot subscribe to doom posting or take it seriously. Literally 10 days ago people were cheering cause Charles posted heart eyes on his story regarding the car. Yes, we should have realistic expectations, but it is only testing they have 2 weeks to make any corrections and they don't show everything they can do during testing. We can't truly know where we are until Australia so personally I'm gonna continue thinking positively and wait and see where we come out in 2 weeks.

If any of you EVER see me pulling this level of an underdog gimmick about Ferrari, if they ever have the fastest car, I need you to take me out back and shoot, because what??????

One of the best things abt the McLaren last season was it was good at so many different tracks while remaining among the fastest. That's what made it the best, compared to the other teams who had clear tracks that wouldn't work well with the car. Was the sandbagging all season and calling every other driver/team the favorites not enough for you??

andrea stella really had the gall to go on camera and say mclaren are not the favorites and both ferrari and mercedes did something "more" and the reason they won the title last season was more on their great consistency and not the pace of their car

So with the release date being announced, I am throwing out my predictions for the new season of drive to survive, if only to say I called it

- Max is gonna be the most villainized he's ever been on the show

-ferrari plot line is either going to be about whether Ferrari fired the wrong driver or teammate rivalry where Charles is made out to be in the wrong using Las Vegas as proof

-if its whether Ferrari fired the wrong driver the episode title will be something dumb regarding regret or second thoughts

-there will be a rookie driver focused episode following Ollie, Liam, and Franco

-Daniel leaving is somehow a main plot point and you almost forget people weren't even sure it was his final race till after the race was over

-logan isnt mentioned they just introduce Franco like they do in those shows where they recast established/main characters and keep emphasizing their name

-williams focused episode just covers all their crashes this season and a speech where James vowel says this isn't acceptable and they can't continue like this and it must change

-Mclarens rear wing is only talked Abt for like 10 seconds

-no mention of how the FIA shit the bed during the Brazil gp in regards to safety or how the race director left debris on the track in Qatar for some reason?

-There is fewer Haas focused episodes cause they are a competent team now and komatsu isn't as comedic as Guenther

-Charles Monaco win is like 5 minutes of screen time and half of it is recounting how cursed he had been previously(cue dramatic flashback montage)

-Villain max evidence is just his Hungary radio messages and/or max pushing lando in Texas/Mexico

-There is a huge focus on a max/lando title battle where you can almost forget max won the championship in Vegas with like a 50+ point deficit

-A whole lando focused episode in which McLaren are portrayed as the new red bull

-Mclaren will have an Oscar/Lando rivalry episode where the race start in monza and Hungary are used to fuel the tension

-Lewis has like a whole episode about him/moving to ferrari in which Mercedes is mentioned like twice

-the red bull downfall storyline

-Monza gets it's own episode please🙏

-Williams or alpine essentially fulfills the role Haas left

-Alpine focused episode is about teammate rivalry between Pierre and Esteban and use Monaco contact to dramatize it. It's resolved with the power of friendship in brazil

-and episode/section about surprise wins/podiums (Brazil double alpine podium, lando Miami, ect)

-ferrari has a dramatic section so they can cover the triple header/Canada

-anything about checo is just gonna be him going out in Q1 or crashing out

-there is not a single mention of Max's car problem in Australia
