@cryingstarsx asked me for some ana tips after I lost 2 pounds in one day, so here’s what I did:
🚫 No solid foods at all. 🏃 Go for a walk or jog in the early morning. 🌊 Drink 3 liters of water. 🚬 If you smoke cigarettes, have one any time you feel like you might eat. ⏰ Only consume calories between 9am and 6pm. ☕ As soon as you wake up, chug a glass of water and then sip your coffee. 👣 Walk at least 2 hours (I hung out with my friend and walked around town). 🍹 If you start to feel faint, drink some juice (no more than 100 calories!)
Some other general tips that help me lose:
🚫🍲 No meals that are bigger than 200 calories. 🥕 Eat lots of vegetables whenever possible. 🍳 Make an egg white omelet every few days – it’s low calorie, and you need the protein. 💊 Take your vitamins! 🚫🍞 No bread, if possible. Corn tortillas are okay. If you have to eat bread at a restaurant or something, order rye or whole wheat. 💤 Sleep at least 7 hours every day. Go to bed as early as possible, and wake up around sunrise. 🥄 If you’re past/close to your calorie limit but feel like you’re going to binge, make some miso soup (or vegetable/chicken broth). It’s far better eat an extra 50 calories than it is to binge. ⚖️ Never eat the same amount of calories more than two days in a row – try to raise or lower it by 100 calories. 🚫🍕 No junk food at all, ever. ⏩ Fast at least 36 hours every week. Start after dinner and continue until breakfast 2 days later.
