Profile pic from starlitcen. 23 years old. A collection of random (fandom) things. I deactivated my old account lol. I block freely tbh and used to have a DNI but realized it was cringe and pointless cause I’d just block anyway. As the blog icon and url and title imply, I am currently on year 5 of a ddlc obsession

I speak to you directly from the heart of destruction, war, injustice and hunger. I am Nada from Gaza,🍉I am 26 years old, I have a 4-year-old son named Mahmoud, and the war is ongoing and the state of weakness and hunger is directly targeting us, the innocents. We have been at war for more than a year, and during the year we were displaced under bombing and gunfire more than 10 times. There are no words to describe what we are going through. My child, my husband and I have experienced death several times. It was not easy to leave because my mother was with me because I am her breadwinner. We lost our entire family and the occupier imprisoned my father. All I have left is my mother who suffers from heart disease and needs a heart stent operation after our house was demolished. We used to live in peace and had a steady source of income. Now we live in a dilapidated tent that is not suitable for living in the winter and water collects inside it. In the summer it is hot as if we are melting in an oven, so how can we as humans bear this? So I feel very shy when I ask you to help me with anything even if it is simple it means a lot to me and it may save my life and the life of my child and husband and it may save my mother's surgery or renew the tent and all the positive words do not express how generous you are especially sharing my posts to inform other donors about the people of Gaza who are still suffering from the terrible conditions caused by the unjust war on Gaza!
Please continue to support us by donating directly or sharing the link to inform others and do not hesitate to help people in difficult and miserable times until the dark days are over. 🙏🏻

Imagine losing your home and all your belongings, two weeks prior to giving birth.
Now you and your spouse are trying to navigate a war zone with your two year old daughter and newborn son, struggling to find basic necessities like food, shelter, and medical care.
For many, this is an unimaginable nightmare. For 29-year-old Kholood Smeer, this is the reality she faces daily.
@kholoodgaza
Kholood, a physiotherapist, lives in northern Gaza with her husband, Khaled, a paramedic. Together, they are raising their two-year-old daughter, Amira, and their newborn baby amidst escalating conflict and severe shortages. Inflation is skyrocketing, making even basic necessities almost impossible to afford.
Kholood's family is desperately trying to raise funds to survive. They are forced to rely on the generosity of others to meet their immediate needs while they endure these unimaginable conditions.
Please consider supporting Kholood’s family during this critical time. Every contribution, no matter how small, brings them closer to securing food, shelter, and medical care for their children.
You can find her GoFundMe campaign [HERE] and be a lifeline to her family.
Kholood's campaign was vetted by @gazavetters , and is #337 on their list of verified campaigns.

i was in a thrift shop the other day and they were playing the most unsettling variations of normal christmas music, culminating in this rendition of the 12 days of christmas except it was like 12 guys all singing over each other and going “no!” and interrupting the lyrics with random other phrases until they deadass just started singing 5 golden rings to toto’s africa. can anyone confirm that this is a real song and not that i stroked so hard i astral projected into a universe where everything is somehow worse than it is here

This is our reality. For over 13 months, we’ve lived in this fragile shelter that barely protects us from the freezing winter. My little sister suffers through unbearably cold nights, and we can’t afford a proper tent or even a simple meal that costs €5 per person.
We humbly ask for your help to survive this harsh winter. Every contribution, no matter how small, makes a difference.
Donate here: https://gofund.me/c3436e74
Thank you for your support and kindness.

Hi dear donors ! ❤️
I would like to extend my thank and gratitude for the support you have been offering over the last eleven months. ❤️☺️
My family and I have been suffering and going through the hardest days we have ever experienced in our life . Things are very hard to get and and sometimes unattainable.😭😓
Our sufferings and hardship started on the first days of the war when all our possessions were completely destroyed and burned. We have become displaced and homeless , finding ourselves in a small tent in streets with no means of life. We lack every single necessary thing of life; food, water, hygiene essentials, and other necessities have become scarce and rare.
A photo taken to show how incredibly harsh our life has become after the war. We are struggling and facing lots of barriers to obtain the simplest necessities for living. Everything single thing is a complete story.
You can't imagine what difficulties we have been going through all these days of war. No cooking gas , nor cooking tools exist . We struggle to prepare a small meal of food.
No bakeries are available. Everything seems a miracle and unbelievable.😭 The war has stolen our joy and smile, leaving us busy thinking only of staying safe and alive. Our future has gone with the wind and our kids lost their dreams and ambitions.
This is a part of burying the dead. We also face some problems in the process of buying our dead people as no place is there for the family. Tombs aren't enough for the number of people living on a small spot of land.
A photo taken for the morning queue of filling our gallons with drink water. We wait hours to get some water for drink. Our life is full of tragedy and sadness.
Our sufferings and hardship started on the first days of the war when all our possessions were completely destroyed and burned. We have become displaced and homeless , finding ourselves in a small tent in streets with no means of life. So I am asking you generous donors to help me find safety and stability for my family through your generous donations whatever you can or through your shares of my messages and reposting them to help reach the ultimate goal sooner.
Yours.

Hello👋
Please take a moment to read my story.
I am Heba Al-Dahdouh. I currently live in the completely destroyed city of Gaza. Since the war on Gaza began on 7/1/2024, my family- my father Nasif, my mother Asmaa, and my siblings Khaled, Ahmad, Muhammad, and Malak-have been living in constant fear, crying, and suffering due to shrapnel, shells, and bullets.
We have no food, no electricity, no cooking gas, no schools, no homes, no cleaning supplies, and no clothes. My school has been bombed, and my brother Khaled's university is now rubble, depriving us all of education. The war has forced us to live in displacement centers, which are just tents unsuitable for living, especially in winter.
Every day we live death, terror, and panic a thousand times because of the ongoing bombardment of my city. The war has killed more than 50 of my relatives and neighbors. At the start of the war, we sought refuge at my aunt's house, . Imagine: we have survived imminent death more than 20 times and have been displaced among shelters more than 13 times. My siblings and I have suffered from many illnesses due to malnutrition, and we need medication continuously.
If we stay in Gaza, we might lose our lives. Recently, we have been seriously considering leaving Gaza for a safe place. However, travel costs are extremely high. We need over $50,000 to leave Gaza. Due to exorbitant prices, rampant unemployment, lack of security, the ongoing siege, and relentless bombardment, we have lost all our money. How can we live in such insecurity, with constant shelling and shrapnel flying above us? Dear compassionate friends around the world,
With your generous donations, even if small, you can save 7 people from imminent death, allowing us to start a life outside Gaza filled with love, peace, and hope.
With my warmest regards from the city of Gaza,
Heba Al-Dahdouh.
