Are you gonna write more SvtFoE fics? i love your work
I do have some ideas in mind for a project I’m working on with some other talented peeps, so stayed tuned :)
As for the Monarchs of Mewni universe, I’m currently in the process of brainstorming how to incorporate Cleaved into mix, which involves some give and take between me and canon. I’m not going to go back and rework the finished fics cuz that would take way too much time. So they’re going to remain as they are, and the reworked verse will be incorporated into additional content from here on out.
I’m actually pretty excited with what I’ve envisioned so far, which I feel only heightens the stakes previously set up in the futureverse. Again, stay tuned 😉

Years ago, the rebel princess never sat tight. But today, the benevolent queen is forced to learn the value of patience when a tragic battle leaves scars on her beloved that aren’t visible to the eye, but are felt so painfully in the mind and soul.
I actually finished writing something? WHAT????
Enjoy!

How is the relantionship between Pandora and the Magic High Commission ? She became a member in the future ?
Relations between the royal family and the MHC are...never really the same after what happened with Eclipsa and Meteora. Granted Pandora isn’t as personally offended by what happened as her mother is, given that she was the one who uncovered it. Because of this, she’s able to maintain a more professional relationship with them once she assumes the throne. However, the MHC has always been a little skittish around Pandora since she was born -- a paranoid part of them believing that Star’s heir having the Queen of Darkness’ cheek emblems is some sort of karma directed at them.

How Pandora's butterfly form look ? She is more powerful than her mother ?
Unfortunately I can’t exactly draw what she would look like (maybe I’ll commission it someday), but she basically has an emerald green theme going, the same shade as her wand.
Pandora is never more powerful than her mother in any form, due to her half-Earth status. But she’s still a dark force to be reckoned with, especially since most of her dip-evoking emotions are negative (frustration, anger and envy are prevalent when she is a young woman). She is only able to dip down channeling love and protection (like Star does) after her son Rio is born.

How Tom , Janna , Marco and Star died in your AU ? How old they are ?
Oh boy, here we go:
– Star dies at age 75, simply of old age. This is actually quite old for Mewmans, who typically only live to an average age of 65-70. (River is 78 when he dies, also outliving the expected range). She passes peacefully in her own bed surrounded by her family, and breathes her last in Marco’s arms. The only person who takes Star’s death worse than Marco is her grandson Prince Rio (Pandora’s son), who was very close with his grandmother.
– After Star’s death, Marco’s health begins a steady decline. As much as he attempts to continue his life, immersing himself in his children’s lives (particularly in assisting Tomas in heading the royal guard), he grows weaker over a period of five years. At age 80, he is hospitalized within the castle and appears to be dying from multiple complications. Pandora is the only one with him when he passes – Yvette, Tomas and Rio are unfortunately too late. His last words were reported to be “I’ll see her again”, leaving Pandora convinced that her father was slowly dying of a broken heart ever since her mother died.
– Janna’s infused sorceress abilities (or The Gift, as Tom calls it) keeps her alive until she is almost 120 years old. But even that is a fraction of time compared to the life span of a demon, which can be upwards of 400-500 years. As her mind begins to go, she forgets how to brew the potion she used to keep herself alive and healthy. Once Lily perfects it, she begs her mother to drink it. But Janna shakes her head, already withering and barely able to recognize her. In the end, the kindest thing to do was to let her die as she was always meant to – as a human.
–Tom sadly outlives not only his friends and wife, but his daughter as well. He buries Lily when she passes at 300 years old, and then silently retreats to an old Lucitor estate in a forgotten dimension, where he lives out the rest of his days. He dated and remarried a few times after Janna’s passing, but as he told Lily, her never truly loved anyone as deeply as he loved her mother.

How old is Pandora when she became queen ?
Pandora is 23 when she assumes the throne. Star and Marco are nearly 50 years old and decide to retire due to a number of factors (Pandora being ready to ascend, Marco sustaining a serious battle injury that weakens him physically, and Star feeling the effects of her age due to Mewmans’ shorter life spans). Both are still quite active in the goings on of the council.

The only thing more interesting than the fact that the Bog Slug Aureole sign is a single day, is the fact that it falls on Pandora’s birthday.
Star and Marco’s little miracle sure is special alright!

Pandora will have a love interest ?
Pandora has several love interests throughout the course of her life, but never takes a spouse. Through the magical Mewnian equivalent of a sperm donor, she does eventually give birth to an heir -- a son named Rio, after her Grandpa River.
More will be explained when I actually get around to completing Pandora’s character page for the blog (sorry guys, I’ve been really busy lately).

From oldest to youngest order, how old do you think Star, Marco, Janna, and Tom are (your au or show, either one)?
I would guess Tom is oldest, followed by Janna, Marco, then Star
Fun fact: In my AU, the reverse is the order in which they die

“Th-there was a lady…”
“That bad lady’s gone,” [...] “Remember when I said there’s good monsters and bad ones? She was an evil monster and she’s never coming back, I promise.”
“No...I saw a different lady. She had marks like mine.”
--Princess Pandora Butterfly and Queen Star Butterfly, “Triads and Tribulations, Epilogue”

What do a demon king, the current Queen of Mewni, a witch in training and an overgrown Safe Kid have in common? They’re all on a mission to save their young daughters from a mysterious evil.

Would Star and Marco have still adopted Tomas and Yvette if they'd been able to have more biological children of their own? My assumption would be that they would, just because I'm sure they'd have plenty of love to share, and it's not like they couldn't afford to take care of them.
Great question! They most likely would have, since Star had already established herself as very hospitable to less fortunate monsters. She’d been known to house families and children in the palace and vacation castle during wars or natural disasters. Pandora even enjoys playing with the monster children more than the Mewman kids, and the monster children see her spade emblems, know what (and who) they are associated with and see her as an ally.
The adoption of Tomas and Yvette was this perfect storm of events, where one thing led naturally into the next. Buffrog approached Star about building an orphanage for monster children, Star suffered a miscarriage leaving her unable to bear more children, she and Marco had begun to ponder adoption to fill the gap left behind by their loss, two Septarian babies were found abandoned – it all just kind of fell into place.
The issue, of course, was if the miscarriage hadn’t happened, the majority of Mewni would have seen the king and queen adopting a monster child as just a publicity stunt. Like “oh their approval ratings are slipping with the monster population so they pulled this to get back into their good graces.” And while that obviously would never be true, and as much as Star claims she’ll do whatever she wants, in the end she does care about what her people think of her. But since Star had lost a baby a few months prior, the people were a lot more forgiving. Some were still bigoted, that’s never going to go away, but understood.

“Everyone knows you, Star Butterfly. Your story is legend at this point: A bright, joyful, rebellious girl who lived by her own rules, as the ladies did before her. She found true love on Earth, and together they began to rebuild a chauvinistic dynasty into one of equal opportunity.”[...]“That same princess also fought against my kind. You, your mother and father, that boy you love so dearly, every one of your allies stood behind you as you did you share of slaughtering. Nothing can erase that blood on your hands, Your Majesty.”

“Now I just want her alive and unharmed.” Her face crumbled as she scrubbed it dry on the blankets draped around her. “I-I don’t even know if she’ll make it to four years old! No parent should ever have to worry about that!”
Tom closed his eyes in silent understanding, squeezing her shoulder as she finished her much-needed cry. “You’d do anything to hold her again,” he voiced his own sentiments aloud. “And you’d take her place in a second.”
“I love her so much,” Star sobbed weakly, “and I feel like it was never enough.”

29,22,21 Lily Lucitor?
29. What do they do when they find out someone else’s fear? Do they tease them? Or get very over protective?
Depends on how well she knows the person. Lily’s first instinct is always to turn to humor when she’s in an awkward situation, a distinct trait she inherited from her mother, and often her dry sarcasm drives people away. People who actually take the time to get to know her, however, learn that this is a coping mechanism of hers when she’s not sure what to say. She tries her best to keep it to a minimum if someone she hasn’t known for very long decides to confide in her. Often her family and friends embrace her quips to defuse tension, knowing full well that she never means it maliciously, and that underneath she is a very caring person.
22. What are their favourite insults to use? What do they insult people for? Or do they prefer to bitch behind someone’s back?
Lily despises passive aggressiveness because it wastes time – if you’ve got something to say, you better say it to her face. Having had to manage her anger her entire life, lest disastrous results occur, she becomes very good at picking her battles. She’s no stranger to insults, her “half-blood” status leaving her an outcast in both the human and monster world, even though her demon genes are dominant. (The Lucitors are often still looked down upon by the monster race due to their wealth and power making them an “exception” among monsterkind.) In time, she’s learned to deal with it gracefully, even though her friends will be quick to jump to her defense. But if her parents or loved ones are insulted, Lily will come at the antagonist like a python, teeth bared and words poisonous enough for her to consider them dead to her. As is often pointed out by her best friend Pandora, Lily can be hypocritical when she keeps her on the phone bitching about the people she can’t stand. But Lily has to admit, as much as she doesn’t like it, it makes her feel better.
21. Do they have a temper? Are they patient? What are they like when they do lose their temper?
An excellent question for the princess of the Underworld: Yes, inherently, Lily has a temper. It’s in her DNA, she really can’t do much about that, but what she can and does do is manage it healthily. From the time she was a very young child, her screams and cries would set off flames from her horns and fingers, so much so that Janna had to fill her wardrobe with only fireproof fabrics. Since Tom is prone to often let his council deal with mild to moderate royal matters (even now not much of a politics person), he is able to spend quite a bit of time with Lily in helping her to manage her emotions. He always lets her know that her feelings are valid, and that it’s far more cathartic to talk things out or cry for awhile than let fears and anger bottle up (”It’ll all come exploding out sooner or later, and then you might destroy the friendships you have, instead of making them stronger if you’d just come clean in the first place.”) She also finds channeling her negative emotions into practicing spell work and potion brewing a healthy outlet for any rage-induced anxiety she may be encountering. Lily is lucky in many respects to have a support system that is so patient with her, and a kingdom that looks to her abilities as a demon and sorceress to bring their legacy to new heights.
send me super detailed questions about my OCs!
