So I apparently screwed my shoulder... In my sleep? Anyone I talk to says it sounds like my rotator cuff. I'm too stubborn to sling it, plus I'm right handed and a single mom. I'll nurse it a few days but there's only so much I can do without the arm! In the meantime.. Maybe it's time to try yoga. I've done it twice, wasn't bad but I've always refused to take it too seriously. Me thinks it's time while my arm starts feeling better. I have no idea where to start...

Decided to start leaving yogurt and granola at work. This way I don't rush in the mornings before work and I feel like I've eaten a bit later so I'm not starving come snack or lunch time. I should probably bring a bowl eventually haha
