Playing New Games: 2016 In Review
I wanted to share with you part of the games list I’ve been keeping all year. Inspired in part by starting this podcast at the beginning of the year, and by Epidiah Ravachol’s games challenges / resolutions, I’ve been noting in my journal when I play a game that is new to me and when I play any game with a person I’ve never gamed with before.
I attended five games conventions this year, and had the immense joy of playing with so many new and wonderful people. The “who”s I’m keeping private (it’s a long list too though!), but here’s my list (in roughly chronological order) of games I played this year for the first time. RPGs (including LARPS and storytelling games) are in bold.
