Gonna say something really obvious, but maybe some of you need to hear it:

What’s the point if you’re not enjoying it! Your energy points, your events points, they don’t really do anything! You’ll be fine if you “waste” them!

These games are super habit-forming, even the “nice” ones, and it can be hard to just say no, but what’s the worst than can happen when you do? You lose out on a limited card? That sucks, but nowhere near as much as forcing yourself to play something you don’t enjoy every day for the rare kick when you pull the girl you want

And if you’re someone who spends money on these games, all of that is even more important (but at that point you’ll probably need more than “just say no”)
