"Heh, yeah, Silver is not everyone's cup of tea." Flask laughed. "He is pretty chaotic, isn't he? I actually got to know Onyx thanks to him! Silver was injured and ended up at my apartment. Onyx came over and took him here, I went along because I was worried, and... Uh... That's how we met!" The mouse quickly finished the story, her cheeks getting a dust of blush over them at the very explicit memory of what happened after.

The albino nodded. "I see. They all seem to be correct. I recognize most of them, though only from books. I can add conventionally available information here and there, but I would really love to examine them all with my own hands, you know. Some of these plants are extremely rare and said to have very specific properties, but they are not scientifically proven." She continued, comparing documents, correcting mistakes and adding to them, becoming completely engrossed in the process.

Still going through files the chocolate male spoke rather heated about the hedgehog, only catching himself when he belatedly noticed the honey in her tone. " Unpredictable?! More like Chaos incarnate. I can't keep anything organized after he's come through.- Uh... Again pardon, he just gets on my last ner- Waitaminute, you know him? Well of course you do." Clearly there was some friction in between the co-workers.

Finding the file he was looking for Van brought it over to the albino girl, and peeked over her shoulder. " Ah no. I believe those are notes from the locals." He pointed out.

"Again, I am not a madam. Come on, I am just a regular girl, there is no need to use honorifics." The mouse shook her head. Hearing the familiar name caused her to giggle a little. "Ah, that explains it! Silver is a very unpredictable guy, right? He just does whatever he wants, but he doesn't mean any harm." Flask spoke warmly about her friend as she swept all the books on the table onto one side.

The albino grabbed the papers and started looking through them. She frowned, when reading about the edible and inedible plants. "Hm. Please tell me nobody actually tried eating these for research. That's awfully dangerous." Flask pulled a pen out of the pocket and started sorting the names and descriptions of the plants into the ones she did and didn't recognize.

At her request of helping to tidy the room up the rabbit looked rather stern. " Absolutely not madam. It's that louse responsibility. Lady Onyx pays him way too much for what she gets in return.-" He lifted his rose lens shades to pinch the bridge of his nose, trying to calm his frazzled nerves. " Pardon me. Silver has a way of getting on my last nerve."

Taking a breath to clear his inner rage at the flying hedgehog, the bun moved to a bookshelf, slender fingers rifled through a pile of journeymen diaries. " Let's see... I think this may be it. I'll try to find a file of photos..." He handed the brown leather booket to the mouse before looking for the file. Inside the wore pages were hand drawings of plants and animals, along with notes on how abundant or if it was edible.

Flask was a true professional, so whenever the conversation would switch to the topic of work, the mouse would quickly return to her serious self. The fact that Onyx wasn't around to attract her gaze also helped a bit as well. The albino followed the rabbit's lead, carefully listening to his words. "I can't say I am adept in map making and charts, but whatever research I can do for you in terms of botany... You can count on me!" She nodded, following Onyx's personal assistant behind the tapestry into the dusty room.

"I can help you clean after we finish." The chemist smiled, placing her rucksack onto a nearby chair. "Okay, let me see. Are there any photos? Or samples available?" The scientist continued asking as she reached up to tie her puffy ponytail into a convenient knot.

The lopear stoodby, allowing the lovebirds to tear their gaze from each other before continuing. A small bemused smile etched on his vanilla muzzle. " From what gather of your profession you should have all of the necessary gear for your needs. So let's expand on that." He put a warm, soft hand over hers and started guiding them to a hallway. " Lady Onyx has sent the treasure hunter out to that zone and he mapped out a few charts and made notes of the local fauna and flora. She wishes you to add to the exploration." Van explained while sweeping a tapestry aside revealing a hidden room. It was small but filled with shelves full of maps and charts. Books laying about and opened, some carrying a layer of dust. The rabbit sighed, " I told him to clean this room up..."

"You can just call me Flask! I am not that big of a deal." The albino replied, awkwardly bowing in return. Van was extremely well-mannered, sort of like butlers she would see in movies. "Nice to meet you too, Van. Thank you for your help."

Noticing the elbow, offered to her, the chemist hesitated slightly. She never walked with anyone like that, though she read about this in an etiquette book once. It was a fancy way to escort a lady somewhere, but... She wasn't exactly a lady... Flask glances at the demoness briefly, as if searching for approval, but placed her hand onto the bunny's arm.

"Of course! Take your time!" The albino's ear twitched a little at the touch. She followed Onyx with her eyes, amazed by the elegance of her walk and turned to Van, pulling up the straps of her rucksack. "Alright, so what is it that I need? Maybe I already have some of those things."

" Whatever I say uh~" The feline commented back, a lustful gaze in her eyes. " How could I say no to you now~" She licked her top lip in a slow playful way, then blew a kiss at the other. " Perhaps we can find a nice villa to stay in... Oh you'll need a swimsuit too~" The shadow cat already making plans in her head and stepping away to make a few calls.

While she was gone a chocolate lop earred bunny stepped beside the black beauty. Dressed in a purple suit -minus the jacket- and wearing rose colored glasses. The bun was busy writing things down that Onyx told him to. This was Van, the demoness' personal attendant. The feline had several servants under her care, the rabbit being the most important one.

After several minutes Onyx and her attendant came back, the cat smiling. " Things are all settled. Is there anything you wish to do before departing?" She asked the other.

The second meaning of her own words totally flew over Flask's head. She beamed as the feline confirmed that the albino was definitely coming with. Her ruby eyes followed the tongue that traced Onyx's lips. It was very hard to watch this amazing woman do anything remotely suggestive and keep your train of thoughts on the rails. For a few seconds Flask froze, having to tell herself to stay calm and not, NO MATTER WHAT, think dirty thoughts.

"Oh, did I have to bring a swimsuit? Sorry, I left it home... I don't have to swim at all, or! I can wear my shorts. I don't want to be an inconvenience." The chemist waved her hands, but the demon cat was already busy talking with someone.

Soon the mouse saw a figure approach her friend. Flask was already somewhat used to extremely attractive people surrounding Onyx, so it was no surprise that the bunny was on the whole new level of handsome. Was he also a minion? When the two retuned, the albino beamed a smile at the bunny and waved at him, greeting the new person. To her knowledge they have never met before. "Nope! I am fully ready! I even wore my specialty adventure clothing!" Indeed, instead of her usual sleeveless sweater that would usually cover her neck, Flask was rocking a comfy V-neck T-shirt and her normal labcoat was replaced with a similar one with more pockets and of a sturdier material. "I also took all the necessities, so if you need anything, I am your gal."

The way Onyx would kiss her or gently touch and explore her face with her gentle fingers, Flask didn't mind them at all. She couldn't ever lie and say it didn't feel good, even if the mouse was completely flustered every single time. She might have liked it a lot even, though it was definitely not the only reason the small scientist enjoyed hanging out with the beautiful cat.

"That's exactly the reason why I have to come!" The albino said with determination. "The new unusual plants and things I can gather and analyze... I promise not to be a burden!"

"Yeyyy! Thank you! Thank you so much! I promise to do whatever you say!" Flask practically jumped in place with glee, all the expedition stuff rattling inside her backpack.

The she-cat ran a thumb over those pouting lips, admiring the cute expression. " You do realize this is a feral jungle we are talking about. Poisonous plants and insects, wild beasts and untamed tribesman roam much of the thick forest. Luckily there are a few trading posts though..." The witch thought a moment before finally pulling away, giving Flask some breathing room.

" Very well." She decided. " But you must stay by my side and wear a protective charm. And the minions are going." Onyx added.

"Marriage is so beautiful! I've been to many weddings and they were all so touching and spectacular! Even if a little chaotic. I wonder if I will have a wedding like that someday... Though I would not be able to wear a white dress, or else people might think I am naked, hehe."

Flask was really not yet used to the cat being so nonchalant while doing these things to her. Her cheeks glowed soft pink, both from the finger keeping her head up, the kiss and Onyx's words. And yet, she pouted stubbornly. "I am aware that it's dangerous, but I can defend myself! Please, going to another world is such a rare opportunity! I can gather so much crucial scientific information. It's really-really important!"

The demoness raised a brow, her finger lightly raising the albino's chin upwards. " It's not you I'm worried about darling~" Onyx kissed the mouse' head. " It's dangerous and you're too dear to me."
