i feel called to play the piano lately which is funny considering the amount of piano classes i've slid through

r and i driving nine hours in one day and then immediately sitting down and doing a 1000 piece puzzle when we get to my parents house

ok I went to the sauna and laid in the cold and stared up at the stars and now there is peace and love on planet earth

we are on the other side of the light and i am going to the sauna

does anyone actually have any coping strategies for the holidays? for introverts? there is non-stop social time and i don't know how to put myself first

today I'm gonna clean out the car, try and make the inside of the house look tidy, take the bird to boarding, pack my own stuff, go by storage I guess because my knitting needles got put in there, repack the car, check out the yarn and bring a project

shortest day of the year, moved completely out of the studio today. the end of a 6 month residency

this is so deranged and funny to me

I think to myself oh should I buy this $150 pair of earrings I really like or this $250 pair of pants or this $30 tea pot to bribe myself like a child because I haven't had money to spend in a long time and I think of my dad saying recently that I'll start at my salary and eventually will think that it's not enough and will always want more
