Fun little summer project. I’m trying to get back into the art swing.

Some drypoint prints where we had to make a bunch of different prints as we continued marking up the plate. I like the last on the best.

The second project of my advanced popup book class was to do a group project that's subject was completely up to the group. Myself and two other students decided to do a cultural mythology inspired book. We had to make three perfectly identical copies of the book. Here are my three spreads (out of the full 9 for the book) about some Mexican myths.

So earlier in the semester in my printmaking class we were making woodcuts and we had the choice between laser cutting the wood or hand carving and I wanted to laser cut since I could make a digital design.
