I've always thought about how Younger Lloyd was living before he joined the ninjas..

This child is literally roaming around outside on the streets whenever he escapes/get banned from his school. He sleeps with SNAKES, eats candy all the time- no proper nutrition is going to this kid AND HE PROBABLY DOESNT BRUSH HIS TEETH CUZ YKNOW HES OUT IN THE WILD.

Thinking about it more now, I dont know if he would brush his teeth even if he was in his school cuz like... would he think hes cool and evil for not brushing his teeth??? or would that be one of the things that he does because yknow, hes a good kid too ToT

Also the fact that candy is all he wants to eat is so accurate- if you were a child, and you were left alone at home in which you are allowed to eat whatever you want you'd be beelining to the chips because not only do you want to eat snacks but also YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO COOK AND WHAT GOOD FOOD ACTUALLY ARE. Snacks are easily accesible and tastes good! What else could you want? Vegetables???

How Lloyd survived through all of this? I have no idea. Does each of his teeth have cavities? Probably.

It recently became department policy to purchase all our animal care supplies online and have them shipped, but my work location (public park) doesn't have a mailbox, so we've been getting things shipped directly to the post office. Today I went to pick up a shipment of several hundred superworms but the postal workers are insisting that it's not possible to have packages shipped directly to the post office. I gave them a tracking number which revealed they were delivered a couple days ago and now they're looking for them. Somewhere in the post office are 500 lost worms.

See that easy apply button? Don't hit it they just throw those in the trash. Now you're gonna want to go to the company's website and check their careers page.

Oh? That job doesn't exist anymore. Cool go back to the job board and find another one.

Great you found another job, you're on the company's career page and the job exists!! So you're going to need to make an account on the career page website. They're using Workday, the same site as the last job you applied for? Who cares? You need to make another account for THIS job's workday page.

Now you're going to upload your resume. That'll autopopulate about 15 boxes with everything on your resume, except formatted wrong and with tons of errors. So just go through and painstakingly check the dates on all of that and rewrite everything you already laid out in an aesthetically pleasing format on your resume.

Ok time for the cover letter, explain why this specific job and company are deeply important to you. You love their mission statement and wouldn't even laugh if their ceo was gunned down in the street. You'll really want to reiterate the things you just spent the last 20 minutes filling out on the resume section

(Remember to include language from the job description, people who work in HR are lower than dogs and they need patterns or they get confused.) Write about a page, but hey don't sound too desperate or robotic this is where they judge your character!

Maybe add your portfolio site at the end here, who knows if that helps no one has ever clicked mine haha.

whenever someone calls USAmerican English the 'movie accent' I remember how somewhere last year I was on a train when suddenly the silence was broken by an american voice behind me somewhere and I immediately thought "Oh no, someones playing their tiktoks out loud again" and automatically turned around to put a face to my annoyance like you do when someones driving bad, and turns out a few rows down were just some actual in the flesh USAmericans having a nice conversation amongst themselves.
