Well, they are brothers from their father's side (their father is Brazilian and that means a lot), but neither Jacob nor Yoku know this in any way.

and now you will ask me "But they are very different" Yes, and in short, Yoku is just more yellow than Jacob, and Jacob is lighter. however, they have similar markings and their hair is similar too (Yoku only dyes his hair to disguise his brown hair, lmfao)
