EVERYTHING WILL BE FINE MY FRIEND

*One of the things that the Elvenking treasure greatly is his majestic elk. The noble elk is not just an animal or merely the Elvenking’s ride. The elk is his loyal companion and in many instances, his trusted listener. Never once has the elk complained or ignored him when he was speaking to it (unlike his beloved son, Prince Legolas). King Thranduil would always feel sorry whenever his elk gets wounded in battles or during long journeys. The King would always make it a point to nurse the injury himself and make sure that the elk gets plenty of fresh food and water to aid the recovery. On days when the weather is clear, the King would also take long walks in the forest with the elk as his company.
