I learned a while ago that the VA for the Japanese dub of Elemental for Clod is the same VA for Chopper in One Piece

Honestly, perfect casting because Clod gives me Chopper vibes a bit. Like mostly just the body type and size. But they both have that like cute little guy who does his best.

To my husband's dismay though, Chopper is his favorite character, and when he heard me yapping about this, oh boy. I would KILL to watch Elemental in it's Japanese dub but I need to get a VPN or do a deeper dive into a place to watch it Anyhow, little do people know. I love One Piece hehe so this is pretty cool. Brook is my favorite of course. Not caught up to the present but we have finished the Wano Arc and somewhere in the Egghead Island Arc

She's an air element who have a very cute, kind and ingenious personality. I made a character ref from baby to adult (she's currently 24 years)

Also fun fact: she had several crushes on muscular guys no matter if they're diferent element (drewed Dante alongside her since he's hot...she has a crush on him but they're not dating yet)

Edit: nothing about the chapter changed. However, I posted around 4 am my time zone so I completely forgot to mention this.

The flashbacks told by Wade will always be what really happened so we can know. However, it is not the story he tells Ember in reality. It is the same kind of situation and still pretty bad, but Wade uses fake names and twists the story to sound like it's an abusive work environment at a marketing firm.

Ember will talk about the stories he tells from that fake perspective. It is a bit confusing, but it would be too long to write both perspectives in one chapter. Maybe one day I will write out what Wade tells her based off his fake story. For now, whenever NOT in a flashback, Ember will refer to Wade's backstory as the fake story we don't hear.

I have this headcanon where Brook has wild foamy hair. Hair that Dewey helps her maintain. It's their morning ritual for him to help her put her hair up because he thinks others don't deserve to see her foamy hair cascading over her shoulders.

Rewatched Elemental last night, so I decided to take a break from other projects to sketch the blorbos.

It has been some time since I drew furries but since I'm listening to audiobooks for school, I did some doodles for Ember and Wade as cats and dogs. Even did their element swap versions too I don't usually like doing quad legs, but it looked weird with biped legs like I normally draw. Maybe another time
