Ah yes, Dafal.
Honestly I don't have a whole lot to say about it. I made it back in 2020 (maybe 2021?) to mess around with charting drums on Clone Hero, alongside a patcher synth I made that... I don't like now. At least, functionally. It sounds alright, it's just that it has a weird UI I made back when I didn't know how Drawbar Organs worked.
It was actually one of the first "old" songs I made I wanted to throw in Forgot the 02. And you know what? It actually ended up working out. I essentially remade the song over the old project file, with the only remnant of the old version being in the outro.
Thats... Actually all I have to post. I'd like to keep the last song (The working name for that one being 4380, with a name derived similarly to how 1773's name was derived: The album name.) for when I upload the second half to YouTube.
I've already started to tweak/export FINAL FINAL versions of the songs, mainly in volume and retconned melodies. Yeah, Coffee Shop in Limbo is slightly modified now, making the First Half obsolete. There will likely be a few more instances of this kind of thing happening, so... yep... wooooooo

Now here's something I KNOW I haven't uploaded onto here yet, because it's almost brand new!
Well, kinda. You see, back when I made The Clumsy Bread Waltz, I didn't want to release something with 9 songs in it. If I did, I would have uploaded everything by now XD
(I'm not used to being able to do such long paragraph breaks, sorry.) This was amongst many "candidates" for Forgot the 02, mostly old projects from 2020~2021 that I never uploaded. The idea was to properly mix a bunch of those songs. However, as I made more and more recent songs, I ended up removing a bunch of them, until recently when I finally finalized the album list. Out of everything, Tomsong was, while not what I had originally intended, the only remaining one. And you know what? I think it fits in well as a transition song from the simplistic complexity of The Clumsy Bread Waltz to the electronic sounds of Electric Owen (2023 Ver.) and Lunology.
The original idea for this song was to be released as a Clone Hero chart exclusive to drums. Though, instead of you playing an entire drum kit, you played... The toms, hence the name. I'm pretty sure I wanted to give Tomsong an actual name when I first made it, but I ended up sticking with it. Trust me, I've come up with far weirder names ("Harpsichord go Brrr" is a prime example of this). In terms of a Forgot the 01 equivalent to this song (since many Forgot the 02 songs have comparable Forgot the 01 equivalents), there isn't an intended one, but I'm realizing that this is similar to "Hunter The Smart", which if I ever remaster Forgot the 01 I'm totally renaming, alongside Logilogy. Anyways that's enough text. I guess I'll upload... Well I already uploaded Electric Owen and Månens Känsla, so I guess Lunology is next, if I haven't uploaded that one also. And Dafal. And then the finale song. Ok bye

I honestly have no idea if I've already uploaded this onto the site or not. I feel like I have, but I honestly have no clue.
On the other hand, this menu feels like it's been updated a lot. Not just in the audio selection menu, but I don't remember there being 3 editable fields. Huh.
Yeah, this was a quite experimental project I made, but that was on purpose. I made it for an OC of mine, "Bread Lock", who's meant to be a rather silly one. Perhaps a little mischievous. Devious, if you dare. Yep, not much else to say.

So... Moongrains. I really don’t like PvZ1 Moongrains. It does work well as a Night theme, but it doesn’t fit my style when it comes to remixing. My old (first) remix of moongrains was a mashup between a butchered version of itself and Dark Ages. Yeah, it’s as nonsensical as it sounds.
However, after making good remixes of Grasswalk (And Graze the Roof, but I’m not going to post that one. But I think it’s really good), I thought about how I could tackle Moongrains. Eventually, I decided to go with something unique: One instrument. More specifically, the Harpsichord. I was going to turn Moongrains into a Baroque piece. And, it worked. It was just fine. Much better than the original Moongrains, even. But then I remembered the horde theme, and had to figure out how to deal with it. My answer? Make Moongrains the only theme to follow a 1st Wave, Mid-Wave, Final Wave structure. Even better, Sonatas exist. So, I made the original remix the 1st “Movement”, and made 2nd and 3rd “Movements”. I followed a traditional Fast-Slow-Fast Sonata structure, instead of whatever Beethoven was on when he made his Sonatas.
This, here, is the 3rd Movement, or rather, the Final Wave, of which I decided to make a Dance piece. While I don’t think it really fits the “Baroque” theme I tried to follow, it definitely works as a Final Wave, and a Dance Piece. So much so, I considered adding a new gimmick to Night levels where the basics will dance in the final wave, similar to Cowboy basics dancing when Pianist Zombie is playing. To make things even funnier, Perhaps a “Harpsichordist Zombie” could play a shortened version of the Final Wave, so that the dancing thingy can be triggered during the level.
Honestly, when I thought to myself “Haha, wouldn’t it be funny if Moongrains only used Harpsichord?”, I did not think I would go as far as to come up with new, fresh ideas for Night levels, but... Seeing as I’ve been doing a lot of brainstorming on Zombies lately, I suppose this is a good thing.

I wasn’t able to post this on my alt. YT account’s Community Tab, which is really annoying. Whatever, I’ll just post it here instead!
Context: None, you don’t get any!

After making that Sky City Remix, I thought it would also be a good idea to make a remix of Grasswalk. I don’t have anything to say about this, but legend has it that if you listen closely, you might hear a heavily modified Bad Apple motif hidden within. Again, don’t use this.

About a week ago I remembered that Sky City existed. But then I realized that I haven’t actually seen a fangame that tries to implement Sky City’s mechanics in any way. While I can see why (Sky City is pretty unconventional when it comes to the traditional PvZ formula), having a minigame of some sort based off of the world would be pretty cool. With that said, I have also been wanting to make a fangame myself. I decided earlier today to remix the theme in Sky City into something I could use if I ever needed to. I don’t quite know if I will, but for now, here’s what I’ve made. Also, don’t use this in anything, period. I guarantee it won’t work with whatever you are trying to do.

The moment I finished making this, I HAD TO upload it somewhere. I’ll probably make a yt video once I finish remastering Electric Owen so I can upload them together, but OH MY GOD is this SOOOO GOOD with these Sennheiser Headphones. Thank you, race, or however you spell it. Life-changer. Big life-changer.
Oh, it’s a remix of Septette for The Dead Princess btw.

Tried my hand at some “original” PvZ music after making Detektivdimma. I’d say it’s a great start.

Another post! WOOOO!
This song is a sequel to an older song I made a few years back called “Laira-Bay”, which was made as a difficult Clone Hero Custom that only used 4 frets instead of 5.
There isn’t much I have to say about this song, really. It’s based mostly off of Solo 2, and... There’s the bellarina preset, soo... that’s cool.
WOOOOOOOO!

I think it’s best that I just keep the song name instead of modifying it in general, so that way it’s easier to find. No more file names.
This was first released as a Clone Hero Custom chart, which is based of of Exile’s greennote.flp project. greennote.flp was going to be a joke chart that was charted using only the green fret. Even though I only recently made the concept into an actual song, the idea of remixing this and dunno.flp has sat in my head for years at this point.
When writing the song, I knew that using only one note and pattern would be boring, and so only the charted synth follows the one note rule. The 2 pianos, the bell, and Poizone don’t follow this rule, but are still required to harmonize with the lead synth. Also, when I say note, I’m referring to the name of a note in a scale, so all the octave variants are fair game here. The lead synth uses multiple octaves throughout the ehtire song, but I made sure to put the octave changes in transitions so that I could keep the illusion that it’s all one note. (The section “Filtered_Solo” is an octave higher than the previous section, for instance.)
However, I realized that the song volume was a bit quieter than what I usually have it at (slightly under 0db), so I made some mixing changes, and am now uploading it here. I could update the chart to include the new audio, but I’m not worried about doing so right now. Perhaps if I make a remix/sequel like a Green Note 2 for whatever reason, I might re-release Green Note. However, I do not want to do that, either.

Of course, for every device you boot up, it has to eventually be turned off, so it only made sense to me to make a song for the Shutdown Sound, as well. An you know what? I think this is a perfect pair to go with Retroactive Experience. It has a much darker theme than the upbeat style Retroactive Experience has, as well as a more swingy feel to it (inspired by Cliffs of Dover), which fits in well with the idea behind the song being an uncertain grim view of a device’s last seconds being active, before it turns off, without knowing if it will ever be used again.

If I could upload more than 1 song at a time, that’d be lovely.
I was playing my spinet (small afforable upright piano) when my dad gave me b7 4 1, and I enjoyed that, so I made a simple melody not to dissimilar to the chorus of this song. After realizing that it sounded like the Windows XP Startup sound, that’s when I took to making it into a song. I think it turned out perfectly, especially the solo. I’m deciding to keep the actual song name this time instead of changing it to the file name, as the file name (CarryOnFelix_2_Start.mp3) was because of the project file being originally a different idea.
Oh, and I forgot to mention that the BAaTH motif is used as well.
