Tip: if you don’t like the taste of something (but it’s healthy) don’t eat it.
This is why people fail at a healthy lifestyle. They eat a ton of health foods that they don’t enjoy. If you’re sitting there munching on a bag of carrots because it’s the “right” thing to do, but you’re not enjoying them, then stop. Find healthy foods you LOVE and eat those everyday.
