They say every one heals slowly and you heal in your own time .. How do you heal from a lifetime of pstd, depression , trauma , addiction and the feeling of hopelessness that dweels within you constantly if you are still being hurt by the people who you love the most ? How do you make everything OK ? How do you move on and trust again? Everyone looks at me and says they are proud of me and that I am an inspiration ..but have no idea How hard it is to keep my demon at bay , the pain from crippling me into dust, the hurt from turning to rage , and the nightmare that is taking place in my reality .. Everyone says im hear to listen but ....what if I don't wanna talk about it ?what happens when you become so hurt and heartbroken from a lifetime of shit and you no longer even care if anyone is ever my your side again ? What happens when you trust and love so hard and so deep that to help someone or be love just ends up being your demise ? What happens when you have to stop caring and lock yourself away from the entire world just so you don't get hurt again ? You sit and ask yourself why .. Every day .. Eventually the little bit of hope you carried with you to push threw is slowly fading .. I don't wanna hear "it will be OK ' be positive" or you got this " I have hurd it throughout this entire nightmare of what is supposed to be life .. The problem is we lie to ourselves to cover up the pain .. Just to make it threw one day .. Thats called the ;I'm fine: syndrome .. Life has taken a big swing at me in the last few weeks tempting me to just walk away from it all .. So my final questions are ....When is it time to throw your hands up and truly just walk away? When is it time to stop hurting yourself and just shut everyone out ? How much can a person truly take before they actually snap and lose it to the point of no return ? Not just from one thing or relationship but an entire lifetime of trauma that you can't seem to get away from ? And ...what happens when u can't fight the shit anymore ... ? What happens when that moment comes that you get week and give in and poof 🔥 dumpster fire ...

Eye on the Milky Way : Have you ever had stars in your eyes? It appears that the eye on the left does, and moreover it appears to be gazing at even more stars. The featured 27-frame mosaic was taken last July from Ojas de Salar in the Atacama Desert of Chile. The eye is actually a small lagoon captured reflecting the dark night sky as the Milky Way Galaxy arched overhead. The seemingly smooth band of the Milky Way is really composed of billions of stars, but decorated with filaments of light-absorbing dust and red-glowing nebulas. Additionally, both Jupiter (slightly left the galactic arch) and Saturn (slightly to the right) are visible. The lights of small towns dot the unusual vertical horizon. The rocky terrain around the lagoon appears to some more like the surface of Mars than our Earth. via NASA
