Dance Me to Leadership, Resilience, Stress Management, and Art Therapy
These days, group of participants representing Mission: Reconnect is taking part in international training course organized by MATA - Macedonian Artisan Trade Association in Skopje. Together with the participants from Serbia, Bulgaria, Turkey and North Macedonia we are working on building up the resilience, exploring ways supporting well-being as well as we are practicing art therapy and next days we will discover how leadership is connected with dance 🕺 💃. The project 'Dance Me to Leadership, Resilience, Stress Management, and Art Therapy' is realized with the support of the Erasmus + Programme.

Nature the Youth Work - Talks, exchanging practices and upcycling in practice
We talked a lot, we shared realities from our countries (Czechia, North Macedonia, Serbia, Armenia, Ukraine, Georgia, Bulgaria and Latvia), we went to the future - 2050, we talked about issues in our communities, and we used our hands for upcycling and creating beewraps.
Five days full of 'Nature the Youth Work'. In the upcoming period, we will also share materials and videos with you for inspiration.

From bee wraps to solutions - Nature the Youth Work
These days, we are hostinga group of youth workers, educators from several countries within the project 'Nature the Youth Work'. Today, we worked at Peťkafé in Prerov. Besides upcycling, we tried to make bee wraps. Moreover, we look for solutions for various environmental issues and problems, such as: How to reduce the use of plastic packaging for takeaway? How to raise awareness of climate change? How can we motivate people to stop using food for heating in mountain regions, negatively impacting the quality of air? How to improve the relationships in the community in a community garden?

Možnosti účasti na ECO aktivitě, karty o Těle a webinář o Erasmu +
1. Možnost zúčastnit se mezinárodní aktivity v rámci projektu Nature the Youth Work, který proběhne od 22. do 28. února ve Sluňákově u Olomouce. Projekt je pro všechny, které zajímá ekologie a udržitelnost a rád/a by se potkal/a s účastníky z osmi zemí, diskutoval/a o tématech spojených s udržitelností, ekologií, nebo se zúčastnil/a DIY workshopu. 2. Chcete otevírat témata spojená s tělem, máme pro vás příručku, videa i KARTY. Možná jste se sami zúčastnili některé z našich aktivit spojených s projektem BODYkind. Pokud ne, tak v průběhu tohoto projektu jsme vytvářeli nové aktivity zaměřené na témata spojená s tělem, např. tělo a sebevědomí, stereotypy, identita, aktivismus, bullying. Jednotlivé moduly příručky jsou ke stáhnutí v češtině i angličtině,��zde.
Kromě příručky jsme vytvořily také sérii videí a nově máme také KARTY, které lze použít celkem k 7 aktivitám, pár fotografií v příloze.
Tyto karty si teď lze objednat na emailu organizace: [email protected]. Samotné karty jsou k dostání bezplatně. Společně s kartami pošleme i návod na jejich zařazení do workshopů, tréninků a jiných aktivit. Pokud máte o karty zájem, prosím, napište nám email s adresou pro doručení nejlépe přes Zásilkovnu, nebo Balíkovnu. Jen dodáme, že počet výtisků je limitovaný.
3. Online webinář o programu Erasmus
Karty také představíme na online webináři, který proběhne 2. ledna od 17 hodin na ZOOMU, tento webinář bude zaměřený na program Erasmus + s cílem představit program Erasmus, jednotlivé akce a programy, jakými mohou být projekty pod KA 1, nebo Partnertsví spolupráce, nebo také program pro mladé podnikatele širšímu publiku.

Let's dance.
The year 2024 is slowly finishing, and we are looking forward to the year 2025. In March, we will have the opportunity to participate in an international training course focused on resilience and stress management using dance as a tool.
The training course will be hosted by MATA - Macedonian Artisan Trade Association in Skopje and today we had the opportunity to meet up with other partners and learn more about the program and all practicalities.

Erasmus+ Days 2024: Be BODYkind
Erasmus+ Days 2024 are happening right now all around Europe. As this year, we were also working with the support of the Erasmus + Programme we would like to share the key results of two of our projects. The first project is BODYkind focus on the BODY in working with young people. Each module contains several activities tackling issues such as stereotypes, body shaming, identity, but also body and movement, and body and creative expression.

Chytré telefony jako nástroje učení
Jak vnímáte chytré telefony jako pracovníci s mládeží, učitelé, mladí lidé nebo vedoucí komunit? Myslíte si, že lze chytré telefony využít k rozvoji kompetencí mladých lidí? Používáte chytré telefony k pracovní nebo studijní komunikaci? Pokud ano, jak? ... Tak na tyhle otázky odpovídali účastníci tréninku, který proběhl začátkem října ve Skopje. Trénink proběhl v rámci KA 2 projektu Chytré telefony jako nástroj učení a vytváření nových kompetencí, ve kterém je Mission: Reconnect partnerem.

Bezpečnost na internetu, Design snadno a rychle, Fake news
Ve dnech 18. – 20. 9. 2024 proběhly přímo na Střední škole gastronomie a služeb, Šířava čtyři praktické workshopy pro vizážistky, kosmetičky a hotelníky. Žáci měli možnost dozvědět se více o bezpečném chování na internetu, jak si nastavit silné heslo nebo rozpoznat podvodnou zprávu. Zamysleli jsme se společně se nad tím, jaké informace o��sobě na internetu sdělujeme a jak je důležité si chránit soukromí. Ve workshopu o designu jsme si představili základní pravidla designu (nejen) webových stránek a prakticky je vyzkoušeli v online nástroji Canva. Závěrečný workshop se věnoval fenoménu fake news. Žáci měli příležitost se kriticky zamyslet nad obsahem sdělení a uvědomili si, jak je důležité ověřovat informace z více zdrojů.
Workshopy byly pořádány v rámci projektu Chytré telefony jako nástroj učení a vytváření nových kompetencí, který je realizován organizací Mission: Reconnect, z.s. s podporou programu Erasmus +.

Nature the Youth Work: Environment and Sustainability in Focus
We have just finished the first activity organized within our KA 1 supported project, Nature the Youth Work. We spent 6-days together with the participants from Georgia, Armenia, Ukraine, Serbia, North Macedonia, Bulgaria and Latvia and talked about the environment and sustainability across Europe.
We reflected on how much or how little our organisations are sustainable and what steps we can take to improve it.
We also shared practices across our countries, including environmental education and practices related to recycling or reusing.

Talking about the bodies and getting ready Nature the Youth Work
What are we doing right? We are busy. On Wednesday, we had the great opportunity to introduce our BODYkindToolkit to a group of teachers from the Czech city of Prerov. Thank you, Peťkafé, for hosting us and for all participants trying out our activities. We concluded that one of the big issues is definitely social media and its impact on young people's self-confidence and relationship with their own bodies.
