Morning all day 8 so I did not train for 2 day Sunday legs were killing me, and last night got stuck in traffic and got in really late so I got up bright and breezy this morning and walked. I feel great so I’m will be morning walking going foward. Happy Tuesday all 😎

Hi all today is day five of my challenge. Had a day off yesterday as the plan said. I found a new app to mark routes out so I going to try that to day. I’m sitting here typing this with no go, but that is half the trouble with trying to lose weight and getting fit is the get up and go. When you are so over weight you have no energy you don’t sleep so every thing is such an effort. The best thing to do is push yourself no matter how hard it is. Even if you don’t complete the task of the day at least you give it your best. So people I will report in later with my up date. So I will be listening to audio book by Joni moyes called ship of brides.
So did my first big walk to and pretty proud of one self. No going to say it was easy as it wasn’t, but mission completed. Now I fit for an early night.

Today my friends is the 17th and I would like talk to about will power, which I can tell you I have not got. So day 3 of my health kick I was so busy today at my desk that I had to get a bacon and mushroom sandwich from the cafe not a good start and also a lie. I was busy but I manage to walk to the cafe to get the bloody sandwich, but was able to put hot water into my healthy noodles. Wtf is wrong with me why have I no will power can someone please help.

So this is my story, I’m a young 51 year old woman, who has always been over weight, but Seince covid kicked in my weight has shoot up big time up to a massive 22st. So I need to get my big fat butt in to action. So I thought it was a good idea to sign up to do Trek 26 which is for Alzheimer’s society. So the training began last with my core workout which entertain my Mum highly especially when it come to the plank just imagine 😂. So I thought I would start a blog about my weight loss journey and my journey to doing the 26 miles in June. I hope people on here will give me the push I need to complete this challenge. I will upload pictures later as I have a 40 minute walk tonight so I will check in xxx
