Like, Virgil plays the bass, one of the rats would squeak/sing, another rat would drum, and then there'd just be a whole rat band that was famous in the rat world until Virgil fucking died?

The charlie and the chocolate factory musical is not talked about enough like every song is a banger

When veruca says, we all know this one we all know its so good

Must be believed to be seen, iconic amazing you have to believe it to see it

Veruca’s nutcracker sweet, possibly better then her first song + squirrels

Candyman, amazing spin on the original song so fun and truly sets the mood perfectly as an intro song

Queen of pop, no one expected it and she is a star

What could possibly go wrong, even more unexpected really silly and I literally am Mike Teavee (if your my schools theater director please do this show and cast me as him IM BEGGING YOU)

Strike that reverse it, starts the energy back up for act two and brings the wackiness any wonka show needs + tap dancing

I think its really interesting that mischas song prominently features other members of the choirs having solo lines and oceans song almost doesnt have any at all (constance says “she gets up” in some versions plus the ending but oceans still singing over everyone else there too)

It fits their personalities perfectly

Mischa despite how hes perceived is selfless and uplifts others (he hypes up everyones songs and was the first to mention voting for someone that wasnt himself)

And ocean acts like she cares about and uplifts others but she still needs to be the center of attention its always about her (her getting ricky and mischa into the choir, her “helping” constance with her scripted improv ect ect)
