I think it's really funny how if you showed somebody who didn't know Bleach at all a picture of the Gotei 13 and asked them to guess who's the parent out of them, they'd probably pick Ukitake or Unohana or maybe Byakuya.
Literally nobody's first thought or even second would be to look at Kenpachi and Mayuri and be like, "Ah yes, they look like they know a thing or two about raising kids."
