as someone who saw the edited CGI versions of old Star Wars movies very recently for the first time i did think the edited over stuff was shit. i enjoyed the practical stuff that was still present way more. new Yoda did look better tho
also, what's up with the dialog being so quiet and action scenes absolutely murdering your ears? why didn't they fix that
Marvel movies have completely eliminated the concept of practical effects from the movie-watching public’s consciousness
hi hello, person from Finland here. we call teachers by their first names. not super sure about university professors, but below that it's usually first name basis. sometimes we'd call teachers by their last name, but it was usually more of a "you're a cool teacher, have a honorable title" kind of thing. though that usually only happened with male teachers
1) choose the option that was the MAJORITY acceptable answer at your school (if almost every teacher just went by their last name, but one teacher was cool with their first name, stick to the majority and vote last name)
2) i’m specifically asking what you called them TO THEIR FACES. if you called your teacher mr. jefferson to his face but just jefferson to other classmates, count that as mr. [last name]
Hey, someone who knows more about the fae than I do, if I give one of them my legal name, will that make the legal name change process easier or harder, or will it just not have an effect one way or another?
