Education is my Key to Success ✨

Education is like a first step in the stairway which may lead to us with something we desperately desire, when you finish your study you have a chance of having a good work and help your family.

When I was elementary, I graduated as a top 2 of our class but when I saw the general average of our top 1 my average is higher than him huhu, I went to other schools to join contest like MTAP, declamation, broadcasting, journalism and etc. Then moving on when I was in grade 10, I was chosen to compete for jingle making contest and I’m very nervous because after many years, I will compete again in other schools. I persevered then so that I could moving up with a high honor and thank God because that was fulfilled, I am excited that time but suddenly the pandemic hit our country. The moving up was canceled and start to have a quarantine.

Because of the pandemic lots of youth stopped studying for the reason that the traditional class became online class, it was really hard to find school because of it, but luckily I went to a school with a mission is to transform students to more educated and to grow. At first I still had a hard time adjusting to the new normal, maybe because I'm not used to it or the surrounding is noisy and sometimes the signal is poor. But, day by day I learned to study well in that way, by listening carefully and by taking screenshots or taking notes I get knowledge about our lessons.

Now, I am trying my best to graduate senior high school and I promise to myself that in the next few years I will graduate as a college student, I will make sure that my parents will e proud of me. I want their efforts and sacrifices to be worth it just so I can finish my study and for me to have a successful and better future.

Friendship Refreshes the Soul🥰

Friends are the person who are always by your side especially when you have a problem and when you feel alone, they are the one who will comfort and cheer you up when you are down.

We have different types of circle of friends, I think it is better for the reason that we have incompatible habits and maybe, the others might get offended because of the possible words that come out in their mouths. Well, I have more than 5 circle of friends and they are all close to me, we share secrets, problems, love life, nonsense things and we promised to each other that we will make sure nothing would change in the closeness of our friendships until we get old.

In friendship we cannot avoid bitterness, irritation or sometimes even envious but we stay away from those since we prefer to laugh than to scold with each other. We help with one another to grow and we accept each other for what we have and who we are, we’re just friends but we considered that we are sisters and brothers in our heart. We laugh together, share things with each other, we eat together, we care and we love each other.

You can have a plenty of friends but not all of them are real friends and at the times they are the one who make way to hurt you. I found my real friends and I am glad that we work together as a part of youth in our church, I can say that they are not just my real friends but they are my treasures because they are good influence in me and God is the center of our friendship. They are the reasons why my faith becomes stronger and I am happier every time we are together in our church.

I love myself more than anyone, more than anything, and I believe that self-love is the key to accept the things that you don’t like about yourself.

Hi everyone! I am Almira Arabit and you can call me at my tumblr name miraaaahhh, I’m 17 years of age and I live in Binangonan, Rizal. I have a lots characteristic in my way of thinking as well as in my body features and sometimes I, myself is the one who gets annoyed because of that. I am person who always get tired of persuading to reach my dreams but never give up even though I’m experiencing breakdown just to achieve it.

Sometimes my family gets mad at me because I act lazy but when I am going to leave I’m always in a hurry, well yes! I am extrovert person. I am happier outside of our house especially when me and my friends are roaming around. Yet I am extrovert, there are times that I want to be alone because my weird mind wants me to overthink senseless things.

There are some days that my mind keeps thinking about why my behavior is like this, and then I am going to wonder why I look like that, I’m getting insecure because of it. I have a dark skin and because of that I lose my confidence, I remember when I was in elementary school they teased me for the reason that I am dark and my self-esteem dropped a lot that day. When I was in junior high school I met a lot of people, and what I always looked at are the beautiful girls besides I wish that I was just like them. But when I was growing up, many people said that I am a black beauty and because of that little by little my self-confidence is formed. I choose to ignore what others say about my appearance and I will not allow anyone to judge me.

Until now, I have a lots of insecurities and I still compare myself to others but now I learned that accepting my features, my flaws are important and wonderful. Flaws are actually what makes us human, individual beings with unique characteristics, the moment I accept myself I feel I am enough and I am worth it. I love myself unconditionally because I am fearfully and wonderfully made by God and I'm proud of it, I can show the world the universe rather that I am confidently beautiful with a heart mwah. I can sing but my voice is not that beautiful, I can dance but not that great, I can draw but not that very well, I am beautiful with no buts hehe, well I AM BEAUTIFUL IN MY OWN WAY! I love myself in any angle for being what and who I am.
