Is the white palace from Hollow Knight OSHA compliant

Being a platformer, Hollow Knight™ isn't very compliant at all. There are virtually no stairwells, few guard rails, and it happens to be quite infested with bugs. Furthermore, it's unclear how all those platforms are supported.

As for the white palace specifically, while there do seem to be guard rails in certain areas, there's also sections with saw blades placed with the expressed intent to kill you. How would that be compliant.
