In isolation my imagination has run wild and this album is the result, a collection of songs and stories that flowed like a stream of consciousness. Picking up a pen was my way of escaping into fantasy, history, and memory. I've told these stories to the best of my ability with all the love, wonder, and whimsy they deserve. Now it's up to you to pass them down.

hearing seven for the first time when folklore came out blew my mind because i’d never heard a song before which truly encapsulated how i felt about nostalgia and childhood - about looking back on this beautiful time when you were unafraid and naive and so impressionable, when the world seemed so huge yet so magical. idk it’s just so special to me.

i’m often quiet about my love for folklore but it really was a lifesaver for me in such a hard and confusing time. despite it not being completely autobiographical i felt like it was the most honest album she’d ever made. it’s the kind of album you can let your mind float and wander and it’s such a relic of its time. it opened so many pathways for her musically and i’m so glad it exists 🥹

the way karma was the finale of every single night of the eras tour :) and the eras tour led directly to her buying back her masters :) it's coming back around indeed. dare i say it's even been a long time coming :)))))))))

Debut possibly getting a rerelease for her 20th anniversary but coming out as a present and an ode to Taylor and a celebration of her career instead of being released as a sad legal loophole is sooooo. omg. 🥺🥹

taylor has made herself into this remarkably untouchable, highly intelligent, legendary talent and i could not feel more happy and grateful to be a long time fan of someone so extraordinary. so inspiring she is to me.
