Thinking about playing some Minecraft again and was looking though some QoL mods when I found this:

so today i decided to download the very first minecraft release, and i kinda peed myself on how amazing and original everything looks!<3 all the sounds and everything just feel so right!

I was reading the minecraft wiki on piglin behaviour and oh my god…… babies will play with other babies and they’re stackable no less.. .

it's probably even possible for someone to implement this functionality with a datapack, but i don't know enough about all that to say for certain haha

my sister was lamenting the fact that minecraft wont add miner's helmets because they're "too modern"

i think they're just not thinking outside the box enough

we already have glow ink sacs

we already have a leather dyeing mechanic

why not simply make a glow dye that would give leather armor a special glow color?

works for balance due to you needing to compromise on protection (sacrifice one piece of armor to be glowing leather instead)

i mean they could also make it like, an enchant or something, but i think the glow dye would work pretty elegantly
