They were one of the biggest bands in the world at the time, fresh off their award-winning, multi-platinum selling album "Stardust." It would be their final performance. In the 10 years since, members of the band and their inner circle have refused to speak on the record about what happened… Until now.

I’ll never forget how one time in high school they had a “workshop day” where they had no classes but made us basically learn how to suppress emotions to work faster.

Literally one of the workshops was teachers suggesting awful scenarios like “your parents told you they are getting a divorce, how do you overcome that so you can finish your homework for the night?”

okay   i’ve   rewatched   (   and   cried   again   over   )   ROGUE   ONE   so   here   are   some   headcanons   for   my   first   love   ,   jyn   erso   !

relationship   with   her   parents   :   complex   to   say   the   least!   as   a   child,   she   was   incredibly   trusting   of   her   father   –   he   was   the   parent   to   promise   to   keep   her   safe,   time   and   time   again.   with   her   mother,   jyn   saw   her   as   the   “bad   cop”   ,   the   strict   one   ,   the   less   fun   parent   –   although   every   thing   lyra   ever   did   was   to   protect   her   daughter.

identity   :   who   the   person   called   “jyn   erso”   really   is,   is   difficult   for   the   girl   to   define.   for   most   of   her   life,   she   went   by   a   multitude   of   different   aliases   &,   being   proficient   in   document   forgery,   never   had   issues   assuming   the   mantle   of   each   different   name.   as   such,   jyn   has   compartmentalised   each   life   experience   into   the   lifetime   of   that   alias.   For   example,   her   relationship   with   Hadder   Ponta   ,   the   first   love   she   ever   knew   ,   was   Jyn   Dawn’s   lifetime,   not   Erso’s.

cassian.   their   dynamics   are   so   detailed   and   real.   i   love   them   so   much

“trust   goes   both   ways”   on   GOD   jyn   is   the   least   trusting   person   in   the   galaxy,   followed   very   quickly   by   cassian   andor.   she   is   so   used   to   people   abandoning   her   or   being   killed,   she   never   allows   herself   to   trust   anyone.   yet   –   when   cassian   does,   with   no   verbal   qualms   ,   she   is   so   shocked   &   its   the   moment   she   begins   to   see   the   importance   of   what   they   were   fighting   for.   ––   this   is   COMPLETELY   destroyed   when   she   realises   cassian   was   going   to   kill   her   father   –   again,   someone   breaking   her   trust  

they   are   both   very   similar   people   –   both   with   traumatic   pasts   –   whose   perspective   on   the   rebellion   just   highlight   their   different   methods   of   reacting   to   their   trauma.   while   cassian   put   his   all   into   the   rebellion,   committing   crimes   in   the   name   of   something   “good”   ,   jyn   sees   any   form   of   “the   cause”   as   inherently   painful   and   pointless   to   even   fight   for. “i   do.   i   believe   you.”   :   groundbreaking   moment,   for   both   of   them.   cassian   has   clearly   seen   how   broken   jyn   is   ,   and   realised   that   his   method   of   blindly   following   Rebellion   orders   isn’t   exactly   the   greatness   idea   in   the   world.   and   jyn   finally   realises   there   is   someone   who   is   willing   to   follow   her   ,   to   stick   with   her   until   the   end

the   force   :   her   parents’   work   being   so   intricately   involved   in   the   force,   jyn   was   raised   with   a   healthy   respect   for   it.   lyra,   her   mother,   was   a   strong   believer,   became   a   member   of   the   church   of   the   force   whilst   living   on   coruscant.   however,   after   jyn   was   left   on   her   own,   she   became   disheartened   by   “the   force”   and   kept   the   necklace   only   as   a   reminder   of   her   lost   family.   nevertheless   watching   chirrut   &   his   total   faith   in   the   force,   she   feels   at   ease   and   begins   to   regain   her   faith   again.

🐻 idk if i’m supposed to send you a headcanon or vice versa (i am very tired) but i think that cassian andor would give great hugs and i think you should know that

idk how I missed this!!! but I did and here are cassian hugs & his coat

cassian seems the type to me that acts v stand off-ish to others

like hates pda, isn’t a fan of physical touch

but rlly rlly

like, how he actually feels?

the man wants a to be attached to u all the time

v clingy - your own personal koala

and ur very happy and content with that bc wow his hugs are the best in the world

he wraps his arms around you and you practically melt into him on the spot

he’s just so cozy - fluffy hair tickling your neck and his body heat keeping you warm

lazy kisses that he places on the sides of your temple and jaw

soft mumbles of “mhmm, I love you” in your ear

he loved to slide his arms up and down your forearms - almost as a comforting mechanism for him

sometimes he’d just tackle you out of nowhere

like one minute he’d be fiddling with your pinky and then next ur sprawled across the cot with cassian laying his head on your chest

now ur favorite hugs were when he had his fluffy coat

it was big and warm and toasty

especially when you had early morning briefings or had to be located to a snowy planet

you’d place your hands around him while he’d envelope you in the coat

you’d place your head right on his chest, pressed up against him and it was just so warm

sometimes you both put your hands through the arm holes and waddle around like Star fish

Kay would be absolutely done by that point bc ur supposed to be paying attention

and instead he finds the two best pilots waddling around and giggling and being all lovey dovey

Do you have any soft thoughts for Cassian you'd like to share?

Idk when this was sent but YES I DO.

Cassian has a sweet tooth. I can just imagine whenever he has free time and has successfully completed a mission that he stops by whatever market he is nearby and gets some type of sweet treat. He wouldn't admit it right away, but he definitely would take the last piece of chocolate you had both saved.

Cassian is also one of the best chefs on base. When he has the time and ingredients, he will often serve entire meals to the members of the alliance that typically stay on base. Most of the time, he tries to only share his talent with you in the privacy of your quarters. He will have you be his taste tester, pressing the utensil to your lips in an almost intimate fashion. It's safe to say Cassian is the one who always offers to cook for you.

Though he is usually a man who is never late and has his schedule down, Cassian tries to sleep in as much as he can. When he gets lucky enough to sleep with you, he is such a big cuddler. He likes to keep you close out of habit even in his sleep. Sometimes you have to shake him awake because he is such a heavy sleeper!

Cassian Andor may not show much affection in public, but he always has to at least give the briefest of touches to you. Whether it is a brush of your hands, him placing his hand on your back, he is always there to assure you he is nearby. Even a soft kiss on your temple makes its way to you a few times.

Honestly, Cassian does have his soft moments and I love my boy 🥺Definitely cannot wait much longer for his show!

“That’s the last one for today, sir,” the droid bid Boba a farewell after a long day of meeting with constituents. 

Boba sat on his throne and sighed from exhaustion. He used to travel from planet to planet chasing bounties, and yet sitting on Jabba’s old throne felt like harder work. He looked over to his side and saw his helmet sitting on the soft cushion, his only companion in the now empty room. Boba’s hands drifted down to his hands, but the thought he was was interrupted when a familiar and welcome voice.

“Boba?” you tentatively approached his throne, “You alright?”

His eyes trailed up your figure and he sighed deeply as a smile flashed on his face, “I am now, love,” he extended his hand to you, “Come here,” his tone dropped as a flame lit up behind his eyes.

A shiver ran up your spine as you placed your bare hand in his gloved one and let him guide you into his lap. Instead of sitting on your side like he anticipated, you straddled his waist and placed your legs on either side of his body. Boba’s eyebrows shot up in surprise as you were face to face with him, your legs folded on either side of his as you cupped his face.

“How can I help you, Boba?” your voice was low as you smirked at gaining the upper hand for now. You slowly rocked your hips against his and savored the rumble that reverberated from deep in his chest.

“Careful love,” he warned, “Are you sure you can handle what you’re asking for?”

You heard the showers running when you stepped into the communal fresher, and since it was late into the night you knew there was only one person that could be in there. It had become somewhat of a routine for you and Cassian to have these late night rendezvous in the showers. Although all true feelings remained unspoken, there was still the trust between the two of you to go to each other for a release when you needed it. 

After quickly and quietly turning around to lock the fresher door, you stripped yourself of your clothes and tip-toed your way over to where Cassian stood under the running water. You paused for a moment to marvel at his toned back, and the way his dampened skin glistened in the pale light. He was a sight to behold, but you knew the feelings would only complicate things, so you never spoke aloud how much you actually cared for him.

“Are you just going to stand there and gawk,” Cassis’s playful tone caught you off guard as he turned over his shoulder to meet your gaze, “Or are you planning on joining?”

All your breath escaped your lungs when you saw the way he looked at you. But you quickly regained your composure and gave him a low tone right back, “Joining, of course.”
