it's OK to just feel the sorrow without needing it to go away. I will be kind to myself and to my sorrow. in the future there will be joy and contentment. all things are transient. I am resilient. tomorrow I will be a good friend to myself. tomorrow I will drink big glasses of water and breathe the sweet air on purpose and focus on my own authenticity.
