personally i prefer to affirm that it's already mine but as we know YOU make the rules in manifestation so it's completely up to YOU.
both types of affs work just fine if that's what you're worried about.

How to change your beliefs and manifest in few days.
Based on an article I found.
"Psychologist Deann Ware, Ph.D., explains that when brain cells communicate frequently, the connection between them strengthens and โthe messages that travel the same pathway in the brain over and over begin to transmit faster and faster.โ With enough repetition, these behaviors become automatic. Reading, driving, and riding a bike are examples of complicated behaviors that we do automatically because neural pathways have formed."
For example when we read. We don't read letters by letters or words by words. Most of us read by just looking at it. It is automatic. The information goes into the brain extremely fast. Because we repeated the action of reading SO MUCH that our brain process it at "the speed of light".
If you want to create a new belief, you have to REPEAT.
"In terms of repetition, it is estimated that it takes 10,000 repetitions to master a skill and develop the associated neural pathway. As clinicians, we can encourage and support repetition when our patients are working to achieve their health goals."
Most of the time, you will manifest things into your life, under 10 000 repetition. Your 3d will start conforming way quicker than this BUT aiming toward this goals will be very helpful.
Repeating your technique Wether it's affirming, visualising, scripting, is extremely important that's how neural pathways are created, that's how new beliefs are created.
Consistent thoughts = beliefs.
Beliefs = 3d reality.
"Visualization can be a very powerful sense that can help patients build new neural pathways toward behavior change. For example, ask patients to visualize what their optimal health looks like, feels like, and what they would be doing if their diabetes was managed."
How to loop it enough to manifest quickly?
I'm going to specifically focus on visualizing and affirming.
Affirming
You can pick 10 affirmations which implies the same thing. You repeat them 100 times each. In the morning and right before going to sleep. In total you repeated your affirmations 2000 in the day. Tbh I believe that after that much repetition you should have manifested what you want already if you did not waver. If you continue doing it consistently for at least 5 days you would have repeated it 10 000 times and a new neural pathway would have been created. The seed would have been planted. The new belief is here, and your 3D is conforming.
Visualizing
I personally script a scene. A scene that implies that I have what I want. I will loop the scene as many times as I can. Litteraly brain washing my mind with it. Specially when waking up and when going to sleep. If you stay consistent results should come in less than a week.
Repetition creates fast results. No matter the amount of faith you have in your manifestation. You don't have to wait weeks or months to get your manifestation. As long as you repeat it enough, it will show up. You don't have to believe in it, YOU HAVE TO REPEAT IT. You have to persist. Until it shows up, because it will. There's no way it won't.
Affirm, repeat, persist.

A thing im learning to adapt in my life is having a strict mental diet, and i donโt mean just for the desire im focusing on but also for everything else. Itโs all about being conscious of what thoughts im feeding my mind and thinking to myself is that really something i want reflected into my 3D?
It doesnโt matter if you are purely focusing on affirming for your sp, it doesnโt make it okay for you to complain about all the others area of your life.
If you go to the mirror and see your acne show up, no you didnโt. I donโt care if you are โpurely focusing on your spโ if you also want clear skin, affirm for that too when you think of it. Just because you are manifesting something else doesnโt mean you can feed your brain the thoughts you donโt want to be seen in your 3D.
Checked your bank account and it said your were broke? Girl, no it didnโt. Tell your mind the real story. Youโre rich. Youโre a billionaire. I wish i was as rich as you. Looked at your report card and it told you your failing every class? Girl, you read it wrong. Youโre passing every class with ease and everyone is wishing they were as smart as you.

Thereโs no such thing as divine timing, and waiting for the right time for your manifestations. You decide whether itโs right for you to have your manifestations or not, no one else. Obviously if you want that to be true, it can be. But realistically thereโs nothing โstoppingโ you from getting what you want just because thereโs something out there that might be more โbetterโ for you, you can have anything you want if you persist with that assumption and nothing will ever be able to stop you.

โPeoples assumptions on you manifestโ
This is utter bs, darlin. Like im sick of people spreading this around, this is your fucking reality. Why would anyone have power over you?? You are in control of how things go in your world, not anyone else. Stop giving power to the external things and people around you.
โPeople can manifest you into their livesโ
*blinking rapidly in frustration* No. lmao im sorry but just no. Like i said nothing from outside of you can have an affect on you unless you let it, and thatโs pure facts. instant manifestation ๐
something i have noticed lately is that there has become an obsession in this community with instant manifestation. people send me asks all day long that say โi want to manifest xyz and i want to manifest it NOW. i donโt want to wait i want it today or not at all.โ
is instant manifestation possible? of course it is!! weโve all seen the success stories where people have received instant results. iโve manifested instantly as well. itโs 100% possible, but i still feel like the community has become a little too obsessed with manifesting instantly.
you found the law of assumption and found out that you could manifest literally anything you want. endless money, the love of your life, a gigantic mansion for free, your desired face. and you say โokay. but only if i can get it in one day or less.โ ???????
you have the power to get anything you want, with no limitations, just by thinking thoughts. sure, you might have to think these thoughts consistently for a few days, maybe even weeks or months. but then you will literally have your desire for as long as you want itโfor the rest of your life if thatโs what you want!!! but youโre not willing for it to take any longer than one day???
yes, itโs possible to manifest your entire dream life in one day. each and every one of you are capable of doing so. but to give up on your desire and/or your dream life because you are not willing to put in time and effort to cultivate what you want??
i understand that some of you are manifesting things that have a deadline. this does not apply to you. but a lot of you need to stop setting arbitrary deadlines for your desires. for example, โi need to manifest my SP by christmas.โ or what? whatโs gonna happen if you donโt manifest them by christmas? are you no longer going to want to be with them? are you not gonna want your desire anymore?
9/10 times all setting a deadline does is add unnecessary stress to your manifestation. โomg its x amount of days until my deadline and i still donโt have it oh no i need to affirm more i must be doing something wrongโ etc. or, the deadline will come and go and you will continue manifesting your desire, but now your confidence is shaken and you feel discouraged. you set another deadline and the process repeats itself over and over again until youโve created the limiting beliefs that you just canโt manifest, that youโre bad at manifesting, that manifesting is impossible for you. sound familiar?
ย stop making arbitrary deadlines for your manifestation because at the end of the day if it comes and goes and you still donโt have your desire you are still going to want it.
let me give you a little anecdote:
in 2020 i wanted to manifest a text from an sp. i had already been trying for a while, but i had discovered the law of attraction first and wasted a lot of time on that. when i discovered the law of assumption, i was growing impatient and wanted to manifest a text instantly. i had already been waiting for so long. i would check my phone constantly and see i didnโt have a text from my sp and get so upset. id re-affirm the fact that he still hadnโt texted me. i started setting deadlines. i decided iโd manifest a text from him overnight, then by the end of the week, then by summer, then by my birthday. my deadlines would come and go and i would โfailโ โฆ. but i still wanted to talk to my sp. i still wanted him. so iโd keep going, now with the belief that manifesting a text from him was fucking impossible and that iโd never get what i wanted. it wasnโt until months of this cycle passed that i finally put my foot down and said you know that? fuck time. i donโt give a fuck how long it takes, i am going to give this my all until it manifests. i donโt care if it takes months, i will not waver. i will not throw a fit because itโs been x amount of days and it still hasnโt manifested. i know that no matter how much time goes by i will still want my sp. so i wonโt stop until i get him. i think it took me about three weeks of keeping my mental diet in check and not reacting to my 3D, but i got my manifestation. and those three weeks were worth it.
you have two options: 1) stop giving a fuck about time, how long youโve been persisting and how much longer you may have to go, and just give it your all and get what you want, or 2) complain every day about how long itโs taking because you are hellbent on manifesting instantly and hate your current circumstances, and have to stay exactly where you are with no progress because you wonโt just put in the work.

โฐโโฎ: to live in the end, always think as if you're already there. stop searching, looking, seeking, asking, wishing or wanting because you have to think and feel that you're already in that state where your wishes are all fulfilled.
(1) easy lesson explanation: when you were a kid and you ask your parents to buy you this toy that you've been wishing your parents to buy it for (let's say) 4 days already however it's obvious that they are busy and they have something else important to pay first so that makes them delay or refuse to buy your desired toy today so you have to wait and wait until they finally give you what you want. during this state/ experience or moments, you feel either excited, mad or desperate, right? take note of it.
(2) in the 5th day of begging your parents to buy you that toy, they finally did so the moment the toy is finally in your arms and you know that you'll finally go home with it, what you can only feel during this state/moment is excitement, joy, happiness, victory and gratitude, correct? take note of this.

This is exactly what you're gonna do from now on to boost your manifestations. You must always THINK and FEEL that you're already living in the end. Regardless if you think of thoughts such as "What do I'll feel if I don't have my desire right now?" It's completely okay because it's part of reacting to the ending situation once you got your desires. If you have an iPhone right now, you could sometimes think "what will I feel without my phone" and of course you'd also think about what you CURRENTLY FEEL right now because you have your phone. That's reaction and it's normal and natural.

โ Do not rush the process, just trust it. If you believe and you know that in the end, you'll have it, then just be content and confident right now that no matter how long the interval it takes, it only belongs to you.

this is nothing but an enhancement of the person already within you. this is not to say you arenโt perfect in your own beautiful way and you need to change your whole self because youโre โnot up to parโ. i make this post to tell you to never put a limit on your growth because change is constant and the smallest things make the absolute biggest difference. this is an endless self improvement journey where you will make clear of your beautiful qualities buried underneath, embody the person youโve always wanted to become, and find new lovely sides of yourself in the process. the idea of change, even in the slightest, shouldnโt be feared but instead welcomed. there is nothing better than evolving and being a better person than you were yesterday. remember that you can change at any time. you donโt have to wait until a new year, month, or week and note that itโs never too late to do so. there is no other time than now. this post will always be here for you to look back on. and of course, despite the mentions of dream girl, this post is for EVERYONE.
to start and this is very crucial, ask yourself a series of questions:
what are my deepest values in life? envisioning the dream person i desire to be, do the habits i hold support me on this journey? what are some things i need to let go of that iโve been putting off? how have i been feeling these past few months? do the people i socialize with inspire & encourage me in my endeavors?
really take your time to think about what you value, ways you can support them and analyze things in your current life.
now that youโve got the foundation, letโs begin and become the dream girl you want to be.ย
do right by you. you canโt do right by others if you abandon yourself for the sake of them.

what does the dream person in your mind look like? what habits and kind of friends do they have? how do they spend their time? how do they carry themselves?ย
what are some things you need to let go of in order to successfully embody this person? socializing with toxic people, not having structure in the day, excess social media usage, substance consumption, sleeping in, procrastinating, victimizing, the negative self-talk, gossip, letting people step all over youโฆ
what are some habits youโll need to cultivate? lessen social media usage, waking up and going to sleep early, eating healthy, exercising, picking up old and new hobbies again, more walks, starting work right away, being kind to yourselfโฆ

digital declutter: delete any and all useless apps. most of them are to be real with you. you donโt have to check your influencerโs new posts and vlogs and you will be okay if you miss out on the newest internet trends. for a little more push on letting go of social media, read my post on digital minimalism here.
remember, that this is a self development journey. you canโt and wonโt accomplish the goals and habits of the it girl you want to be if youโre on your phone for more than half the day. be raw with yourself. let go of social media.
social group: really take some time to think about the people you hang around with. are they supportive? negative? do they talk bad about others? criminals? are they goal setters and high-achievers? do they support you and your goals? do they hang around with bad people?
the people you socialize with tells a lot about your character. seriously! if you hang out with people who treat others like garbage (for no reason), if THEY knowingly socialize with people who do tons of horrible things, where do YOUR morals lie? yes, they have been nice to you and youโve known them for years but that excuse begins to fade when you are striving to be a better person and morals come into play. the environment you tolerate will hold you back.ย
donโt feel bad about doing this. i did at first but itโll go away, trust me when i say youโll do so much better.ย
most importantly, self care: how you carry and treat yourself shows others how to treat you. once you acknowledge what you are worthy of, you will not allow yourself to settle for anything that doesnโt meet your standards and much less allow yourself to tumble back into old, unhealthy ways.
enforce boundaries on yourself and others. get rid of the habits of bashing yourself when you make an honest mistake or your work performance/grades are low, stop saying horrible things when you look in the mirror, stop complaining and staying up at night for unnecessary reasons, damaging your health, stop letting people insult you, quit over explaining yourself.
detox ending note: again, take it easy with yourself. the more you exercise and strengthen your self-discipline, the easier this detox will be for you. you can start by applying a few habits at a time until itโs basically a part of a routine and go on from there but you have to remember to take it seriously in implementing it into your daily routine/life.
tell yourself that you are doing amazing because you are! you are striving to be better you every single day! how is that not admirable? you are always doing your best even if it may not feel like it.

now that you have a clear vision of things even if itโs little! you need to do in order to fully embody your dream self, itโs time to put things into motion.

think of motivation as a power boost at the starting line and your foot pressing on the pedal of your car is discipline, itโs what keeps you going forward on your journey. motivation, as fleeting as it is wonโt bring you far but self-discipline will.ย

self-discipline: the ability to control oneโs feelings and overcome oneโs weaknesses; the ability to pursue what one thinks is right despite temptations to abandon it.
boundaries
a line that marks the limits of an area; a dividing line.
a limit of a subject or sphere of activity.
remind yourself of the life you want to live and the person you desire to be, remember that all of your desires have always been within reach. you just have to break out of the barrier youโve put up for yourself, fight through the fear and the โwhat ifโsโ and just do it! the person you wish to be is already within you.ย
thinking of and wanting to start is one thing but actually starting, no matter how small has already moved mountains you canโt yet see.ย

self-discipline and boundaries go hand in hand. setting healthy boundaries will shine light on the path you want to take by making sure youโre staying protected by actions made by you and other people and discipline keeps you in check so that you can go about your self improvement journey the best that you can!

overcoming the urge to wallow in past failures and instead looking forward to a chance at a new beginning.
putting yourself first. taking care of your mind, body, and soul.
getting out of bed to finish your tasks even if you wanted to sleep in.
correcting yourself when you were slipping up on an old habit without self criticism.
making sure your boundaries allow you to grow and fix them as you seek fit
learning the best ways to say no and yes
being more considerate and kind to yourself and others.
not letting futile thoughts, ideas, and actions hinder your progress.

habits to acquire:

CONTINUING TO STRENGTHEN DISCIPLINE
how do habits form? how do people get better at what they set their minds to? by figuring out what works for them and what doesnโt, what their roadblocks are and from then on, repetition and consistency.ย
keep in mind that healing and improvement is subjective. make it work for you so that you are setting yourself up for success. take what you see from posts like these, videos, and books and refine it to make it fit perfectly with how you would like things to go.
take the habits you intend to leave behind and the ones youโd like to acquire and map out how you would go about leaving the past in the past to welcome in the new.ย
figure out what your roadblocks are. when there comes a time where itโs hard to continue forward on your path, tune into your body and mind. what is it telling you? there is something that is bothering you that needs to be addressed. are you well rested? have you had enough water today? are you overstimulated? are there any illnesses that can easily flare up and be the reason why youโre feeling this way?ย
donโt beat yourself up for feeling demotivated and unreasonably drained. most of the time, itโs really not the case. you just need to figure out what is going on and address it gently and sometimes you wonโt really know whatโs going on until later on and thatโs okay!ย
i would always feel drained or overstimulated with my depression, adhd, and chronic fatigue. it would cause me to flare up and enter episodes (depressive and manic). the things i would realize was that it was either caused by: an triggering/traumatic event, intense emotions that didnโt have an outlet, continuous outings. and sometimes flares up will just happen and i began to understand that.ย
i didnโt blame myself for having illnesses. i just grew aware that what really matters is: i get through it every. single. time. and i will be okay even if i literally felt my world was crashing down on me yet again.
something that can help when dealing with episodes is that when you feel it coming on, prepare yourself so you can get through it even if it makes the experiences just a little bit better by 1%. taking a shower and brushing your teeth, cleaning up your space, gathering snacks and easy to make meals, telling a trusted loved one you wonโt be available but might need their support, trying your best to go on walks even if itโs hard, putting on comfortable clothes, etc.
which one works for you? working your way up, going all in or both? it really all depends on what this method applies to. if you think changing your routine by the slightest will be a good step, do it or if you feel confident that deleting all the apps on your phone all at once is something you want to do, go all in.
keep track of your accomplishments. tracking your accomplishments will show how much youโve done and keep you on your feet! nothing beats the feeling than looking back at all the things youโve done before heading towards the rest of your goals with your head high. anything is possible. remind yourself that you can do it. sort it to yearly, monthly, and daily to do lists! itโs always the best thing to look at when there are times where you donโt feel like you did โenoughโ. your effort is more than enough!
and so you take a few days to rest.ย relaxing, taking a vacationโฆ does this mean youโre being inconsistent? absolutelyโฆ not. duh? resting is being productive. putting yourself first IS self care! reward yourself with relaxing days spent by traveling, resting, going out etc. do what makes you happy and be safe. keeping a balance is SUPER important!
โtake things slow with yourself. if your body wants to rest, let it rest. let your mind rest as well by letting go all the worries of โwhy youโre not activeโ. who cares if you take a slow day? do you know how much youโve been through? the least you can do for yourself is be comfortable in your own bed without a care in the world. youโve experienced enough guilt. let yourself be free knowing that you deserve to rest. you deserve moments of stillness. enjoy the now. itโs all we have. weโre not always meant to be up and running. we simply werenโt made that way. there is beauty in stillness, peace, and quiet. donโt put it to shame. instead, let your mind, body, and soul experience more of it.
do things at your own pace. if you think you can get up, brush your teeth and thatโs all that you can do for the day, so be it. donโt force yourself to do things you canโt handle. youโll be doing more harm than good. take it day by day. add an extra task as days go on. do something you believe will be fulfilling like going on a quick walk around the block, going to the store to get a drink, baking a treat, sitting outside for a few minutes at a time.โ

why "few day challenges" aren't for everyone.
we're all different so if something works for person number one it might not work for person number two. the same thing applies to manifesting.
eventhough we all have the power to manifest instantly people still need different amount of time in order to manifest. some people manifest in literal seconds but some need a few days.
this is why "few day challenges" don't rlly work for everyone. some people get stressed when they're manifesting on a time crunch & some don't.
also don't forget the fact that our subconscious mind doesn't even know what time is so whenever you affirm that you'll get smth in a *specific period of time* it gets a bit "confused".
some of y'all might not agree with me on this one and it might even sound like a limiting belief but this is what i think eventhough i always get my desires instantly.
the conclusion is not to stress or feel upset if you don't see any success from using "few day challenges" because they simply might not be for you and that's absolutely fine. try simply affirming that you ALWAYS get your results quickly no matter what and persist. done.
