callum could VERY EASILY have:

been a bad older brother/hated ezran at first

felt entirely disconnected from harrow because they’re not blood-related, and like he doesn’t belong

been an asshat

fit the creepy-flirty-guy trope who obsesses over girls for “comedy” and doesn’t respect their boundaries

been white

but instead the crew let him him:

genuinely and openly care for ezran, to the point where he’d sacrifice himself to protect him

have mixed feelings about his relationship with harrow and getting used to his title as a prince, but still caring for him like a father deep down

be a really nice, funny, talented and sweet guy who acts like a regular 15 year old kid would

show interest in girls while respecting them 100%

be biracial

conclusion: i love the tdp crew and they deserve so much support for giving their characters REAL DEPTH and making them likable

70% of the cast for a new comic I’m writing! I’ll post it.. Soon-ish. But yeah! The story is set in Manhattan, and it revolves around the lives of lost punk college kids who just wanna get through life lmao. The main character is Juno Serrano, a young trans man who wants to convert to Judaism. He has no family whatsoever, and he grew up in foster care, but was always abused and never adopted. But Juno’s never learned how to stop smiling :’)

The story is about Juno finding a family, oh, and falling in love with Mika lol

Art advice question! I’ve been trying to practice drawing faces from more angles, but the profile or a 3/4 from the back is what kills me! I always have trouble with the mouth in those, Idk what it is, even if I try and draw in a super simplified way and only do a line it sill somehow manages to look wrong... any tips?

I don’t know how to help you when I can’t see your drawings. Maybe this can be useful:

 As I said, it’s hard to fix something when you don’t even see it. Use references, draw from life, it’s the best was to understand and learn things.
