Given the context of the simmering Slack versus Teams battle, having Slack win what appeared to be a huge, new contract was big news. Slack's shares shot higher, and the news engendered all sorts of headlines that now look a bit silly. Had Google bought Slack?

Gen Z, currently 8 to 23 years old, are the youngest generation entering the workforce. And they’re already forcing employers to make changes to company culture, diversity, and inclusion.

The good thing is that you, Gen Z, are just trying to be and act who you are and make the world better for the future. However, in terms of the matters of job satisfaction, salaries, and etc, you can’t complain about anything as far as you are in the company, as you’re one of the employees. So, therefore, for me, personally, it’s really inflexible to change the environment and atmosphere unless you would be an entrepreneur. If you wanted to tackle such projects about climate change or diversity, you could be a leader for the group you would create, like I mentioned. I suppose it will be a benefit for the world’s future and sounds like a win-win relationship among both you and those around you.

Not just going back home, but engaging and dedicating your time, family, friends, or lives will make your life splendid. Treating and taking care of those around you, as you do in your business. This article is not for leaders, but for everyone who aspires to be leaders.

For me, personally, we need to focus on how we live a more skills-based life, as the world needs us more-talented people that fit in the community or company. For example, it would be better to imagine how I would find out and get your expertise throughout the experience or etc. and, therefore, you might consider how you live your life to get skill-based education in the day. People who are Gen-Z have still pondered the definition of the meaning of their life. First of things you do is paying attention to “now”, stillness, not taking an education. Despite the population density, people would be rather going their favorite places, so, therefore, I think they have to rethink how they can acquire their loyalty to attract people, like cost or product advantages.

Due to coronavirus and travel restrictions, the demand for Video communications platforms like ZM would be increased as well as stocks. Given that background and information, I think I need to keep an eye on it and predict what's happening next.
