Nicko Calderon is my friend. I've been playing music with Nicko for 6 years now. Even when I'm at the end of myself this person inspires me to push past that point. This person has a seemingly endless pool of grace and love in them. This person is great at everything they touch. Even if they aren't they'll try and try until they are. I went to see Copeland last night. I forgot was it was like to be so excited about seeing a band that it was all I thought of that week. Maybe I forgot that feeling after touring so much. This band floored me, and reintroduced a feeling I didn't realize I'd lost. What a great band. What a great night. Music is wonderful.

I'm no photographer myself, but ya know. I feel bad for people who don't have this. These people constantly inspire me as a person, and as an artist. These people teach me perspective. These people make me feel centered. I feel bad for anyone who doesn't have people like this.

Heart Failure is out. You are so much more than your pain. You are so much more than the lies you tell yourself. Hope is more than pretty words shouted from a stage. Hope is a choice. Life is a choice. I hope when you listen to this record these words can find you like a friend. I hope they remind you that life doesn't have to end with crippling pain. I hope these words inspire hard, and honest conversations. It's worth believing in better things like hope, and love. They're real. I live it every day. I hope you can too. My 24th birthday has come to a close. This is a pic of me as a larvae my dad sent me today. I was a solid 10/10. I feel incredibly loved by all of my friends, and family. It's a privilege to know any of you. I've never felt so happy, and centered in my life as I am right now. Thank you all so much.
