How Does Peter Get Out of Jail?
The initial trailer for Spider-Man: No Way Home makes it apparent that this sequel takes place soon after the events of Spider-Man: No Way Home. How could it not, given the cliffhanger presented in FFH's mid-credits scene? Peter and MJ will have to deal with the immediate consequences of J. Jonah Jameson revealing Spider-secret Man's identity and accusing him of murder. Furthermore, the initial trailer depicts Peter being arrested and brought into custody.
What happens shortly after Peter's arrest is less clear. In the first clip, we also get a peek of Peter returning to school and dealing with his classmates' bemusement. The second trailer, on the other hand, skips over this content in favor of focusing on Doctor S.
