Invitation Story
Eighteen Volt was in the middle of a intense gaming session with Nine Volt when a strange envelope materialized in front of him. He opened it to find a golden ticket emblazoned with the Smash Bros. logo. "Whoa!", he exclaimed, "This is gonna be awesome!" Nine Volt cheered as Eighteen Volt grabbed his boombox and raced off to join the battle.
World of Light Encounter

Pose: Eighteen Volt is posed mid-air, striking a dynamic pose with his boombox, ready to unleash a musical attack.
Functionality: Functions as a Figure Player in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, learning and adapting to your playstyle. In Animal Crossing: New Horizons, scanning the amiibo unlocks a WarioWare-themed furniture item. In Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, it unlocks a Mii costume.

Side Special: "Speaker Toss": Eighteen Volt pulls out a small speaker and throws it forward. The speaker travels a set distance and explodes on impact, dealing damage. Can be angled slightly up or down.
Up Special: "Rising Beat": Eighteen Volt jumps upwards with his boombox, creating a series of sonic booms that propel him higher. Has multiple hits, but the final hit deals the most knockback.
