hello, and welcome to my blog.

this will primarily be a collection of both new and old writings from my personal journals detailing much of my own life and the experiences i have had and been afforded.

a few things about myself:

i am well-traveled and have visited approximately 30 countries in my short lifetime.

i have the ability to speak, read, and write in five different languages, those being english, spanish, dutch, italian, and german.

i am a computer science student, but my true passions lie in literature and history; more specifically, i am passionate about literature written in the early to mid 1900s, and regarding history, imperialistic monarchies of europe within the same time period and sociopolitical movements that had stemmed from them.

i am a huge tolkien fanatic.

and lastly, i thoroughly enjoy meeting and interacting with new people. i would like to consider myself a very outgoing and friendly individual who makes friends easily.

i hope that you, whoever you may be, can find amusement in my ramblings, whatever they may be about. i am sure there will be times of great joy, times of unbelievable sorrow, times of grotesque absurdity, and hopefully, some meaningful reflection.
