i already know i'm just a few days away from fully dissociating again and it sucks so much. especially because it makes me feel just as out of touch with the world around me as being close to collapsing from bad blood circulation makes me feel. and that's not cool at all because i collapsed twice last month just like a minute apart from each other and that morning was absolute hell for me, heck i spent last week's mornings fearing i'd collapse again!! i'm afraid of it, i'm terrified whenever i do collapse (total of 3 times in 2024 and all in october-december) because i can't hear, i can't stand or talk, can't really move, my breathing is erratic and my heart beats so wildly that it triggers my heart stumbling so i'm even more breathless- and i hate it. i hate feeling like i'm trapped in a body that i can't control. and dissociation.. just feels similarly numb. so now, knowing that there is another phase like this coming up, i can't help but feel scared... scared that i won't notice in time when i'm about to collapse. scared that i won't do anything to prevent myself from collapsing, because that's how dissociation works for me. my mind and my body just.. don't. i hate it. i'm sorry but i needed to get some of the bottled up thoughts out somewhere, it's been awhile since i last cried
