i might open another sideblog for ranting about antisemitism and i/p because i have stuff to say but i dont like these serious political posts next to my silly fandom posts

So, let me make sure I’m understanding this correctly. Israel has offered to help the UN get hundreds of trucks worth of aid into Gaza, an offer that has been declined while the trucks just sit there. The little aid that does get in is stolen by Hamas to keep for themselves or to sell at hugely inflated prices that most people just cannot afford. Meanwhile, restaurants and cafes patroned by the wealthy are still operating and posting pictures of their menus on insta.

Somehow, this all translates as “Israel deliberately starving Palestinians as an act of genocide.”

Okay. Sure.

a non-exhaustive list of stuff the left has done since october 7th:

praised actual genocidal terrorist groups

claimed that the rapes on oct 7 were just propaganda and didn’t happen

outright saying that oct 7 was justified

didn’t say a single word about the hostages except to belittle their suffering and that of their families

allowed literal nazis into their protests

stood by as those nazis threw up their salutes and chanted nazi shit

refused to collectively condemn a single antisemitic incident done in the name of pro palestinian activism

made any israeli out to be evil incarnate to the point where israelis can’t even exist outside their country without being attacked, harassed, black listed, etc.

excused away a literal pogrom that happened in the streets of a modern european city as if it were nothing more than a demonstration against the war

gaslit jews constantly about the rampant antisemitism that has been ongoing for over 600 days

said that the guy who executed two israelis at a peace event at a jewish museum was committing a legitimate form of protest against israel

praised the guy who threw molotovs at a group of jews doing a peace march

i’m convinced at this point that the left has never actually cared about social justice since they have more in common with nazis than with people who actually give a damn about justice or standing up for marginalized groups

something I don't think goyim realize is that the vast, vast majority of jews, at least in my circles (reform plus some conservative american) self id as zionists. I know there are groups that are antizonist, the ultra-orthodox communities in new york for example, but by and large, if you meet a jew or know a jew, especially an older one, they are a zionist. this is why "antizionism not antisemitism" doesn't work. because almost all jews are zionists. in that they believe israel should exist, not that all of its actions are great (because I have to explain that every time I post about this bc goyim have defined "zionist" as "evil person" and "zionism" as "evil beliefs"). so if you hate all zionists and want all zionists to die and think all zionists are evil, congrats! you hate almost every jew, want almost every jew to die, and think almost every jew is evil. and if you think the vast majority of an ethnic minority deserve to die you're a bigot against them. you can't separate jews and zionists because most jews are zionists. you are convincing yourself that there's two separate independent groups here when by and large there's massive overlap. are you beginning to understand the problem?? please??

Here’s a thing about antisemitism.

Right now, a popular post I made about religion is being reposted by a dark subset of people who are literally asserting that all Jews are reptilian overlords, baby killers, ritual child murderers, satan worshipers, and animal abusers. Some are literally saying things like “we need to have a holy war to cleanse these people.” I have reported and blocked over 100 accounts for this, and I’ve seen their bios, their profile pics, and their pages. And here’s the thing.

They’re right wing, and they’re left wing. They’re men, and women, and trans, and nonbinary. Some have their preferred pronouns in their header, and some have deus vult or 14/88. They will have a post about meaningful gun reform right before a post about killing Jews for blood libel. Which it turns out people definitely still believe in today. They are from America and Germany, but also Ireland and Kazakstan, dozens of countries. They have swatzika tattoos, and cross tattoos, and bisexual pride flag tattoos. They are white, but they are also black, asian, latinx, mixed race. They are Evangelical, they are Catholic, they are atheists, they are all religions. They are all ages. They share the same viral posts you share, they laugh at the same memes you laugh at (although they do have a strange love of frogs). They work manual labor jobs in rural areas, driving trucks, but they also wear suits and live in the city and work in politics. They are diverse. They are “woke.”

I’m just so disgusted by what I’ve seen today.
