I've been stalking your character page and it got me wondering what your thoughts are on the entire Circe/Newlow thing. In terms of how you want to approach it, I mean! I'm just curious because I've seen people go about it in different ways as it's a rather sensitive topic.

def am following canon there. however, also came to realize and genuinely doubt, frankly, that circe would even accept the mind control situation and the implications in her specific case as smth that could legit have happened to her, once the info regarding newlows practices got out and reached her. the other lowly morons in strangetown? sure. but her being susceptible to mind control? circe screams arrogant control freak with superiority complex to me so shed absolutely dismiss it, already from an ego pov. its literally easier to accept that she indeed inexplicably cheated on her increasingly less trustworthy husband and shed much rather lie to herself and settle for that explanation, imo.
