Happiness

"Happiness is a mental or emotional state of well-being which can be defined by, among others, positive or pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy. Happy mental states may also reflect judgements by a person about their overall well-being." -Wikipedia For me, and maybe for you too, happiness can also mean pain. Whenever we feel joy, it means we already surpassed the sadness we encountered. It is an award that says "I'm done and I nailed it" True happiness is appreciating the simple things you have and being contented. If we can not accept the simple joys in life, happiness can take a lifetime to have. Never doubt your heart. As Buddha said, "Thousands of candles can be lighted from a single candle, and the life of the candle will not be shortened. Happiness never decreases by being shared.” We share happiness because we have it and we should share. It feels good when you make someone happy by a simple action. Remember to be happy ALWAYS.
