Last Friday I got to spend the day with Cameron Horine, and his crew. We spent the day doing spray trials on research plots!

Checked on a pasture we applied with a trial chemical! This picture is of a skip we left in the pasture to evaluate the effectiveness. Take a look!

Made it to some pastures in Northwest Missouri yesterday! Hard to believe the summer is half over.

Got to spray some pasture trial chemical last week! I’m excited to see the results!

Cory Clermont and I put out some moisture probes near Kahoka, MO earlier this week! These probes and weather stations will allow producers to track how water moves through the profile.

Stopped into home office today to work on getting soil test results, and froage results into a spreadsheet for my project!

This afternoon Adam Jones and I worked on getting this sprayer ready to do some spray trials in the next couple of weeks!

After all the rain we have had in region 2 I spent yesterday looking at this field with Tanner VanTress, Agronomy KAM, and evaluated if the corn the producer replanted was going to come up!

Got to tour the lick tub plant in Mexico, MO today with Region 2 Livestock Specialist Theresa Carlson!

Martha, the work truck, and I have made another trek down to southwest Missouri! It is truly amazing to meet producers from all over the state!

This field was applied with GrazonNext through Dry Fertilizer Impregnation last week. The chemical is already hard at work knocking out broad leaf weed! I’m excited to come back later this summer, and see how the residual is keeping up!

Spent some time in Scottland County, MO evaluating pasture for a polled Hereford producer! I love getting out and seeing some of MFA’s member owners.

Spending some time in Columbia today getting things lined out before I begin traveling to visit customers! Planning a trip through Southwest Missouri, and there are some big things to come. Stay tuned!!
