Question: Hoooow did you cut out carbs sustainably? I have lost a lot of weight from exercise and diet but I just have a little extra to be at my goal. I have TRIED multiple times to cut out carbs but nothing else seems to sustain my appetite as easy and for as long, I just get hungry soooo fast. My diet is low in carbs and based around veges and protein but I really do not have the income to cut carbs out so haven't found personally sustainable substitutes. Thoughts? X
hey lovely! i ate a loOooOoTtTt of nuts and dried fruits every meal instead of bread, rice etc. they are low in carbs and high in protein and fat so they help you stay full. and i also ate a lot of high protein foods like eggs, any kind of cheese, chickpeas, beans, lentils etc. i hope these will be useful for you💖

looking through my old posts and realizing even if i thought i was at rock bottom that days i was actually doing pretty good. now i know i’m at my worst but there’s no end of falling, i know i’m gonna fall more and that’s scares me. i wish i know how to stop all these feelings and i wish i know how to stand up to this pain
