Oh damn, we don't live in the good timeline so nobody working on the Amazon Mass Effect TV series will realize this, but:

There's a huge gap in the trilogy that has never been covered by the games, the books, or the comics, or even fanfiction (afaik) and that is: the Alliance operation in Batarian space that takes place sometime during or between ME2 and 3.

This is the perfect place to set an ME television series because:

You only need two seasons at MOST to make this work. One season to establish that the Alliance has made a connection between the Batarians and the Reapers (this is apparent because a Reaper is shown in those files of Keiji's at the end of Stealing Memory), and another to set up and pay off the failed operation itself.

There is no need to commit to any decisions that Shepard makes in the course of ME1 or 2 because they would have little to no bearing on this story. The Alliance is explicitly keeping this operation away from the galaxy at large.

Most of your cast is human, meaning you don't have to spend a gajillion dollars on CGI alien characters. Also, no reason not to throw in a very merchandise-friendly N7 in there.

Very little established canon to stick to at all here: all we know is that a Hanar diplomat makes off with Reaper tech and gets indoctrinated as a consequence. Everything else is free reign.

No need to commit to any version of Shepard whatsoever! We could be discourse free! The world could be beautiful!

Omggggg just started watching foreign films! Starting off with what's supposedly really big over there. So far, these marvel films are really interesting. I wonder if all American media is like this... Really seems heavy handed on the industrial war complex and maintenance of the status quo but that's just their culture. I wonder if there are any big actors in these movies. Haven't heard of any of them. Watching and learning
