One month ago today I was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy. I can honestly say that this past month has been one of the hardest times of my life, dealing with all the physical AND emotional pain from this. But-my smile is slowly coming back, my eye isnt quite as crazy and bugged out looking, and I have movement in my cheek. Im not 100% yet, but Im thankful to have made it this far. #bellspalsy #bellspalsyrecovery #bellspalsysurvivor
