The Secret to Happiness Is Helping Others
Too often the trend in our society is for people to be separated from either other to be cut off from the great mass of humanity, and in doing so to be dehumanized a little bit more with each step.Donating your time to support those around you is extremely beneficial both for you and your community. It is statistically proven that people who volunteer regularly are healthier both physically and mentally. Individuals who have volunteered throughout their lifetime typically live longer and have better psychological well-being. In addition to the health benefits volunteering gives people a sense of purpose. The fulfilling feeling of giving back and contributing to society is unparalleled.
Giving back is also a great way to get to know your community and its citizens. When you volunteer you have the opportunity to meet lots of new people. Working alongside individuals who also care about improving their surroundings will allow you to broaden your network of friends. Additionally it will help you to better understand the circumstances of other members of your community. Having a broad open-minded perspective of the different walks of life around you will help you to be an effective and empathetic citizen.
People skills are not the only skills you will gain through volunteering. Dedicating time to help others will teach you patience, kindness, and resilience. Not only will you improve your communication abilities by working alongside a diverse team of people, but you will also gain a plethora of other experiences that will help you as you navigate your future. Volunteering may even help you discover a new passion or interest. Doing things for others whether small, unplanned acts or regular volunteering is a powerful way to boost our own happiness as well of those around us. The people we help may be strangers, family, friends, colleagues or neighbours. They can be old or young nearby or far away.
Giving isn't just about money, so you don't need to be rich. Giving to others can be as simple as a single kind word, smile or a thoughtful gesture. It can include giving time, care, skills, thought or attention. Sometimes these mean as much, if not more than financial gifts. Scientific studies show that helping others boosts happiness. It increases life satisfaction provides a sense of meaning, increases feelings of competence improves our mood and reduced stress. It can help to take our minds off our own troubles too.
Kindness towards others is be the glue which conncts individual happiness with wider community and societal wellbeing. Giving to others helps us connect with people and meets one of our basic human needs relatedness. Kindness and caring also seem to be contagious. When we see someone do something kind or thoughtful or we are on the receiving end of kindness it inspires us to be kinder ourselves. In this way, kindness spreads from one person to the next, influencing the behaviour of people who never saw the original act. Kindness really is the key to creating a happier more trusting local community.
When you break it all down helping others just feels good! Volunteers have described what they refer to as a helpers high feeling a sense of euphoria after giving of their time to help others. It’s believed to be a release of endorphins that is followed by a longer lasting period of calm and emotional wellbeing that helps to reduce stress levels. Studies show that the same parts of the brain are invigorated when we give to good causes as are stimulated when we receive money ourselves. Knowing that you are helping to make the world a better place and giving hope to those who might not otherwise have it is undeniably rewarding and the good vibes won’t cost you a thing.
Happiness begins from the moment you do something for others. Those who consistently help others, are happy, and do not come across any obstacles in their lives. Research indicates that they are less stressed and experience improved mental health. The purpose of life is to serve others. However when doing so you should not expect something in return your intention should be to lessen other people misery. “Service to others should be sincere and done from the heart only then it is fruitful.” Do any trees eat their own fruit, No. This teaches us that human beings should not only use their mind, body and speech for themselves but also to serve others. When you do this nature in turn will reward you. Your constant inner intent should be towards helping others. If you are unable to do so for any reason, you can also make sure that you do not hurt anyone. This is an indirect way to help those around you.
So strike back against the selfishness and greed of our modern world, and help out a fellow human being today. Not next month, but today. Helping a fellow human being, while it can be inconvenient, has a few humble advantages. It makes you feel better about yourself. It connects you with another person, at least for a moment if not for life. It improves the life of another at least a little. It makes the world a better place one little step at a time Aland if that kindness is passed on, it can multiply and multipy.
We now come to the second meaning of humanity which is used to describe a certain moral value that we can see operating across humankind as kindness and compassion for one another. We can therefore understand this second meaning as the kindness of humans. It’s not about wealth an interesting result from studies into helping others was that volunteering related to increased happiness regardless of the socio-economic situation of the individual. People who gave money to charitable causes rather than spending money on themselves were found to be happier no matter what their income levels.

The three my dream places
In the future, I want to travel in the places that I dream to going there. But this time I am only a student that don't have an experience to travel anywhere. I'm simple person that had a many places where I can go to be travel someday. My course that I would be get is a FA because I very want to travel soon. Study hard for me so that when I graduate or pass I have a power to work and aim a salary for my future travel. The places that someday I wanted to travel in the other country are, France, Taiwan, Singapore.
In France there's a beautiful a beautiful attraction which is The Tower Eiffel of Paris. The symbol of Paris the Eiffel Tower is a feat of ingenuity as much as it is a famous landmark. This structure of 8,000 metallic parts was designed by Gustave Eiffel as a temporary exhibit for the World Fair of 1889. Originally loathed by critics, the 320-meter-high tower is now a beloved and irreplaceable fixture of the Paris skyline.
The Eiffel Tower's gracefulness has earned it the nickname of "Iron Lady." Visitors are impressed by the tower's delicate airiness despite its monumental size and the breathtaking panoramas at each of the three levels. Tourists can dine with a view at the first level or indulge at the Michelin-starred Le Jules Verne restaurant on the second level. At the exhilarating height of 276 meters, the top level offers a sweeping outlook over the city of Paris and beyond. Vistas extend as far as 70 kilometers on a clear day.
Taiwan this is the second place that I wanted to travel soon. The museum in Taipei there's a lot museum and all of them are beautiful. Taipei is home to countless tourist attractions and museums, but with so many to see and many travelers only staying in the capital for a few short days, it’s nearly impossible to visit them all. With that in mind here are some of the best museums in Taiwan‘s wonderful capital city.
The Museum of Fine Arts is ideally located in the Taipei Expo Park. Visitors can enjoy walks through the park, floral exhibitions, and an outdoor covered food court. The museum itself is home to some of Taiwan’s best fine art pieces, and although the national museum is located in Taichung, the Taipei branch is still an interesting place to visit.Aside from the permanent exhibits, there are temporary exhibitions throughout the year. Visitors should check the museum website first to see what’s on.
Set at the entrance to one of Taiwan’s most famous parks, 228 Peace Park, National Taiwan Museum exhibits some of the region’s most interesting historical artifacts. From aboriginal tribes to local traditions and cultures, visitors to this museum will learn practically everything they need to know about Taiwan.Included in the ticket price is admission to the Land Bank wing located just across the street in a former bank building. Here, there are wildlife and dinosaur exhibitions, and visitors can even check out the bank’s old vault and counting rooms.
a small museum which is an alternative option to the Fine Arts Museum just a short MRT ride away. Located near Taipei Main Station, this museum is home to some intriguing modern art and charges a minimal entrance fee.The temporary art exhibitions aren’t always to everyone’s tastes, but the permanent exhibits are sure to pique the curiosity of any tourist.
Singapore is my third choice to travel soon
Singapore is one of the great cities of the world, with its blend of Asian and European cultures. Founded as a British trading colony in 1819, since independence it has become one of the world’s most prosperous city states and boasts one of the world’s busiest ports.
Singapore’s largest museum the National Museum of Singapore houses two main galleries the Singapore Living Galleries with exhibitions on food, photography, film, and fashion, and the History Gallery, which traces the island’s history from the 14th century. And also there's a many different brands of chocolates in Singapore very affordable and delicious. Maybe someday this all my travel dreams turns into reality I hope that I can experience this soon in my future.

"Saon ta man"
I do everyday special and spending time task. To listen and cooperate for our lesson. But I enjoy while eating my delicious yummy biscuits. Saon ta man this is what the rules that were given. While eating there’s a cute fan that zoom in at my face. I feel like I’m working at the office that no one can disturb me. People stop to work just because for the safety. That everyone of us are important to eat every day. Saon ta man but no income, no job, stay at home. My brother asking for his module to answer. So I help him because when I finish my online class I have nothing to do.  This is what happen right now Saon ta man, we cannot change it unless there's have now a solution to resolve this kind of problem. All times are difficult except to those had a power of money to buy they want, that this situation haven't some other work. When mama comes home from work she cooks us a delicious dish and my aunts and cousins will eat us at the same time. One of the best gifts he ever made was to work hard,
Although it is difficult for her to do for us siblings. Saon ta man I grew up with poor parents, I don't want to fail so I will fix my life so that I can be proud of something one day. When studying, there is really the difficulty of persevering just to pass. All assignments, exams and oral recitations are there. And you will be confused because the deadline is tomorrow all of these are just tests so that all students will be smart. I know some people can't understand for this situation that we use gadget for the class, for work, and for business. Saon ta man that it's hard to do the new normal. Each one of us I know the struggles and stress to this situation but all we need is to be accept and do our part to face this temporary problem. I feel like this is a challenge to us that to be strong. Saon ta man accept the happening these days. But some people don't believe that it's hard to do every day the task. Many contraversal about we're faces but Saon ta man I believe it's not easy we can do it, because in the eye of other we are unfair. I know of us we can do it, wea re different feelings sa, happ, a kind of what are emotions we feel sometimes. That Saon ta man even what are the challenges has come we thankful that we live this earth peacefully and with respect. As a student we have many responsibilities that our teacher given. We are given a limited time. I am a student, and I am a daughter I have also responsibilities to my task. I do house hold choir answering my assignments with a short deadline. Saon ta man one of the hardest parts of working is just getting started. Constructive procrastination eases this hardship, because working on easy tasks requires a smaller mental or physical commitment than if you tackled difficult tasks firsts. If one of the foremost deterrents to your productivity is simply getting going. Saon ta man it makes a lot of sense to save the difficult tasks for when you’re in more of a groove. A lot of people aren’t exactly at their peak performance mode when they enter the office. They need to ease into the workday maybe have a cup or two of coffee to stimulate them. Flexible scheduling is great for online students but Saon ta man they often need it because they have responsibilities outside of school, such as work and family. This can make juggling school, work, and personal responsibilities a challenge. Great time management skills are crucial to succeed. Some online learners may start out fully engaged and then discover that their motivation wanes. When this happens they may fall behind. Saon ta man lack of motivation is a common challenge for all types of students. Be aware that this may be an issue and know how to overcome it. Saon ta man it helps to keep your reason for pursuing your degree at the top of your mind too perhaps you want to provide a better life for your family or pursue your dream career. Even if we are facing challenges believe that you can do this. Managing your time wisely and focusing on your goals are great ways to stay on track and accomplish what you want to get out of your program. Saon ta man I don’t think it’s hard to find a job online provided you avoid doing what most people do. We would think that with all the technological advancements in the world today applying to a job would be easier than in the past.
Stress is actually a normal part of life. At times it serves a useful purpose. Stress can motivate you to get that promotion at work or run the last mile of a marathon. But if you don't get a handle on your Saon ta man stress and it becomes long-term it can seriously interfere with your job, family life, and health. Everyone has different stress triggers. It's not always easy to predict or understand how someone else feels. Saon ta man some people are better at it than others but just about everyone can improve with practice. Understanding others is all about watching and listening. Most of us rate ourselves as good listeners  after all listening seems like such a simple, basic thing to do. But often we're so busy thinking of what we want to say that we don't listen as much as we like. Even small acts of compassion can build positive social connections. Saon ta man Can you imagine how much less guilt stress and frustration you would feel if you could somehow just make yourself do the things you don’t want to do when you are actually supposed to do them. Saon ta man The world is very competitive so you have to give it all you got when you want to fight for your dreams. Saon ta man Never let anybody’s words bring you down. If it’s nothing but trash talking and ways to degrade you then pay no attention to it. Only surround yourself with words that can help you build up and improve. Constructive criticism is the best criticism. Learn to accept harsh but constructive words, these are your building blocks in becoming better at what you do best. When you focus on the positive, you are more likely to become successful in achieving your dreams. Your best critique is still yourself. People Saon ta man don’t achieve their success through one go, consider those sleepless nights of practice as your foundation to fighting and achieving your dreams. You are sure to stumble upon a few obstacles along the way  but the important thing is to keep moving forward despite everything else. Resist the force that hinders you. These are students who experience significant difficulty learning from traditional teaching methods. They have the potential to achieve but experience a degree of failure in education that is not commensurate with their level of intelligence.

My Childhood Memories
My childhood was the time when I was innocent
when the world seemed to be fair
when my universe was around my toys
My childhood was the time when I lived in dreams
when everyone was selfless
when everyone appeared to be a friend
I still smile at sweet remembrance
Of birthday parties and games
Throwing pieces of cakes at birthday child
Before being turned out by the angry mother
I love to sit back and remember the days the years have passed and I did grow old
forever in my memory.
