Reflexology is a science based of the theory that all of our organs have reflex points on the other parts of our body which proves all of them are connected.
Did you know that the genitals have the most powerful reflexology points and therefore have a huge influence on the mental, emotional, psychological, and physical health of the entire body?
Many of us hold so many traumatic experiences in our subconscious related to our genitals that it not only effects our arousal, but our relationships, and even how we view life and take care of ourselves.
Our sexual expression and experiences not only effect our physical health like our hormones, vitality, and fertility. They also effect the type of lives we create for ourselves.
This is why somatic work like tantric massage, pelvic floor exercises, and other sacred sexuality practices have the ability to help us do our deepest healing.
Tantra is not a religion. It’s is a spiritual science of conscious healing, liberation, and expansion of the mind, body, and spirit.

Sweet Potato, Pecan & Chocolate Oat Breakfast Bites
WET
1 cup baked sweet potato
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup coco sugar (or brown sugar)
1 flax egg
1 tbsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp olive oil
DRY
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
2/3 cup (measured) almond flour (or your choice of flour)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp cinnamon
~1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (I was heavy handed 😂)
2/3 cup crushed pecans
Mix wet ingredients with dry.
Preheat oven to 350
Bake for 20- 25 mins

Una taza de batata horneada

1/2 taza de chispas de chocolate oscuro
