It was the day of Pi, the birthday of Albert Einstein and the birthday of my darling brother from another mother Karthi. He is a music enthusiast, plays awesome keyboard, my partner in reading awesome books, a dear friend and an awesome person by nature. So I had to make something which justified music and Pi both. Hence, tried my hands on the trending tart cake. However, here I made Redvelvet cake with dark chocolate + Nutella ganache and chilli cream cheese frosting.
